I am new to the area and needed a dentist. I researched a little and found this office was nearby and had excellent ratings. My appointment was right after their lunch. When I got there, the office was locked. An employee was coming in at the same time and unlocked the door and invited me in. Soon thereafter, the doctor and other staff entered. Dr Finkelstein took the time to introduce herself and welcome me to the office. That was an amazing first impression. From there, I was interviewed by the doctor, who told me what to expect and explained everything that I did not understand. Soon thereafter, I met with the most amazing hygienist I have ever had the honor of opening my mouth for. Her name is Nicole. She is fun, funny, smart, gentle, professional, and overall delightful. I had my exam, cleaning, and polishing without even a threat of pain. Dr Finkelstein came in once more to go over x-rays and course of action - along with some recommendations for me. My only complaint is that Dr Finkelstein took my pulse and I don't remember her giving it back. KIDDING!
So to wrap it up, you know when you meet someone for the first time and you know right away you like that person? That's how I felt with the entire staff. They're all welcoming and kind and made me feel like a valued customer. It's the little things that keep me coming back, and this office is full of them.

Just overall the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The office is clean, the staff is lovely and friendly, the technology they use is easy and useful... really the patient care is top notch! They truly care about the practice and their patience. Dr. Finkelstein is amazing at what she does and so pleasant to work with! We will never go anywhere else.

Today was my first visit with My Plantation Dentist and and very happy with the service I received. Nicole was amazing! She did my cleaning and explained everything to me step by step giving me tips on how to get better usage of my electric toothbrush 😃. During my visit I also meet Dr. Finkelstein, she is very nice and attentive. She examined me and I got to ask her questions about Invisalign. I am very happy she is going to be my new dentist 🦷.

Dr. Finkelstein and her staff are absolutely amazing!! My first visit was for an emergency dental issue that I had incurred. When I first called their office I was accommodated quickly and professionally. Once I was there, my appointment was handled with the highest level of expertise and I was treated with kindness and concern from start to finish. I came into this dental office as a new patient due to some dental pain. The entire staff was diligent and speedy with the diagnosis. I ended up needing a root canal, and Dr. Finkelstein referred me to a great endodontist. I then returned here for the crown. The whole process has been a breeze. I absolutely love Dr. Heidi! Her office is very clean, professional, and timely. I have been under Dr. Heidi’s care for over 7 years. From dental cleanings to cavity fillings and one root canal- I have always felt at ease, comfortable, and pain free. I love her staff and never wait for my appointment. Her office is also very modern and zen! I always recommend her to friends and family for any dental needs. She also does Invisalign and Botox. Love her!

My first visit was just amazing. I have never experienced such a detailed analysis with any other dentist. The office is very cozy and relaxing and felt like I was treated like royalty. The equipment was of modern dentistry. Dr Finkelstein and Jennifer took the time to explain everything to me. Finally a feeling that I was no longer just a number.

Staff is amazing!! Super friendly and professional. Dr. Finkelstein is very experienced and ensures every patient's question is answered. Compared to other dentists rates are affordable and they accept most insurances. Hassle free, staff will not push you in doing any treatments that are needed or not needed. Patient decides. My son and I really enjoy going to the dentist now.
