Literally the nicest and most professional business I have come across! You always feel so relieved walking out the place because your questions have been answered & your concerns have been taken seriously. The whole staff is so kind & genuinely friendly I honestly couldn't recommend the place enough.
The doyen of dentistry. Dr. Shroff is absolutely top tier & understandingly sympathetic with every one of his patients. My mommy included :D

This is an unprofessional money grab doctor. We got charged a $150 “no show fee” for an appt in which we attempted to notify the doctor 5 times on the days leading up to and on the same day of the appt but they weren’t answering phones or text messages. My wife went to Dr. Schroff’s practice for a cleaning when she was advised by Dr. Schroff she needs a gingivectomy. She scheduled her appt for the surgery on December 27. She is a young healthy 30 year old woman so naturally, she sought a second opinion from another dental professional who told her the surgery is unnecessary. We wanted to cancel the appointment for the surgery, but since it was around the time of the holidays we needed to wait for the office to open back up to let them know we are cancelling the surgery. We tried to contact the office to cancel the appointment again, 5 total times by phone and text message. We called after we received the bill to politely ask the $150 fee be waived due to it being THEIR fault for not answering their phones, when the receptionist advised she consulted the doctor who refuses waive the fee. I feel bad for the receptionist for having to enforce the brutal money hungry tactics Dr. Schroff is making her have to communicate to people. To Dr. Schroff, be better. You would have had a return customer who would have spent way more than 150 at your practice, now you lost 2 customers forever. To people considering a dentist, do yourself a favor and find a more genuine and professional doctor.

After having my crown fall out many times once more I go in yesterday and get charged for something they never did right to begin with.
My husband had dentures done where we spent lots of money putting in bone taking out bone so that the dentures would fit properly and he was left with dentures he has to put globs of fixodent so they don’t fall out.. totally unacceptable.
I put one star because I wouldn’t be able to post this with out it if not a 0 would be have been appropriate..

You stated I was upset because I had to pay that was not true my crown was never made properly if not it would have not fallen out 4 times …
My husband was never going to put implants and we told you so he is a diabetic and gad gone that route before , being a diabetic the implants were not able to be completed due to infection . We made that very clear you got upset because we didn’t want to throw anymore money away !!!!

Dr Shroff and office staff are always friendly and helpful with everything that I needed for my dental needs. I came to their office after another dentist took$40k and left me without a bunch of crowns and I got very depressed and angry. With patience and affordable care a year later we are almost finished fixing the problems I was left with. Dr Shroff is very nice and professional also works quick which I appreciate. His staff is understanding and have helped me deal with the mess I was left with I am grateful for finding them!! Highly recommend

This dental office is a true gem in today’s world of unprofessional and shrewd business practices. The office staff is incredibly efficient and friendly and Dr. Shroff is the best! After being disappointed with 3 other dental outfits, we found one who didn’t try to sell us dental work that was unnecessary and was fair and honest! Dr. Shroff and his team have restored my hope there are still businesses that operate with complete integrity 👏😄

I must say this is the best dentist I have ever had!!! Dr. Shroff and his staff are wonderful! Dr.Shroff is so talented a knowledgeable in his field, he really knows what he's doing. I've had several procedures done by him and I am 100% satisfied. I will never go anywhere else. He even calls you the night of to check on you and make sure everything is going good. Nobody does that anymore...., he's top-notch service and his staff are so kind and caring and they treat you wonderfully. This office is highly recommended.

Dr Hitesh shroff is so rude as I come for regular cleaning in morning . He said to me in front of Shannon ( his staff) he dint only want to do cleaning if Don’t do the bridges in my left tooth . I should cleaning where I am doing my bridges for lest tooth .
How can you force customer to get the bridge done with him . if not then no regular cleaning .

Dr. Shroff is a very caring Person . He is not only
Knowledgeable about dentistry but he is honest and fair . He will treat you right and make sure you are happy with treatment . Staff is very family like and friendly . Thanks Dr. shroff

I used to see Dr shroff and take my wife there. I started to notice his predatory tactics of trying to upsell you on products/services that you don't need. After getting second opinions from highly qualified dental specialists that assured me he is simply pushing gimmicks and unnecessary procedures in order to make more money.

Dr Shroff noticed that I was aware of his tactics when I told him that I got a second opinion and that I don't need what he was trying to push on me. At the same time that I got the second opinion I had scans done.

My last visit with Dr Shroff was when I went in for a cleaning and he told me I needed to purchase scans for the cleaning. I told him that I already had scans and he threw a fit and got so upset that I wasn't purchasing the scans or any of his unnecessary procedures and only paying for the cleaning. He kicked me out of his office and told me to go get my cleaning at the place where I got the scans done.

I switched to another dentist where I now pay far less and receive a much better service that I didn't even know existed. Thanks so much Dr Shroff for giving me that push I needed to find better service at a better price!
