Did a great job cleaning my teeth but when Dr M came in to check my teeth he was chatting it up with the hygienist as if I wasn't there. Then he sat down and poke my teeth for 15 seconds, spoke one sentence to me, got up and started chatting again with the hygienist. NOTHING was said of my x-rays, condition of my teeth, or anything. I have always had good service and a good verbal exchange with Dr M but this time was totally different. I will return for one more cleaning as I believe in second chances bit if not satisfied I will find myself a caring and attentive dentist.

I have been going to this office for over 30 years now. There have been times when things didn’t run quite smoothly, but I always trusted the dentist and his recommendations for my dental health. Today I had my teeth cleaned and it was a breeze! Easy check in, phenomenal hygienist, short wait for the dentist to examine me, my next appointment was immediately booked, and I left without having to wait to check out. This office is a well oiled machine! And I always know that I’m getting great dental care. Thank you Shalimar Family Dentistry.

I called my dentist this morning as I had split and fractured my tooth last night. The receptionist was so nice and got me in at 11:00 a.m.. I was in a lot of pain. My dentist worked through his lunch to help me. It had to come out and took a very long time as my teeth are truly imbedded in my jawbone. He did a lot of work bone and mesh, stitches, etc. I cannot thank Shalimar Family Dentistry enough. They have always come through when I desperately needed them. We have been with them for about 20 years.

I love Dr. Moeller, Ruby and the staff. But waiting 1/2 hour after my appointment time and no one saying anything is not polite. I loose time coming in and they could at least apologize for the wait.

I would not ever go to this Dentist office again. They are very rude to their patients and they act like they are doing you a big favor letting you go there. When they gave me a future appointment and I ask if she had another day available she proceeded to tell me how Lucky I was to get that one. The office manager is very unprofessional and incompetent. She referred me to another Dentist knowing that they did not except my insurance. When called out on this she takes no responsibility. The office manager hung up and cancelled my future appointments when I told her what she caused. They would never go the extra mile for any patient. There is nothing special about this office. Everyone can have better!!!

I highly recommend Shalimar Family Dentistry. I have used other dentists in the FWB area and have been incredibly disappointed. Shalimar Family has treated my family with exceptional service and has always made us feel comfortable. I would refer Shalimar to anyone asking for a dental referral!!

Shalimar Dentistry provided my teeth cleaning service in an expeditious manner, after I realized that I had a scheduling conflict, They coordinated my schedule change and then sent me a reminder to keep me posted of the updated appointment. I’m totally impressed with their service and the professional demeanor of their staff.

My appointment was made Tuesday for 1100.
I was in the chair at that 1100 on Wednesday, out of there in half an hour with the issue I appointed for and a second unintended repair, I would have had to make a second appointment for at my previous provider complete.
Dr. Molar and his assistant were personable, professional, informative and personally concerned.
I am lucky/blessed to have the quality of care I have always received at Shalimar Family Dentistry Thanx!

I broke my tooth on Tuesday. Called the office Wednesday and they saw me Thursday. My dental tech was amazing and Doctor Molar was great. They had me in and out in an hour practically pain free. I actually look forward to going to get my dents work done.
