I have been going to Barry Rosenthal dentistry since 2015 and it’s always a pleasure especially Jennifer. She’s my favorite and always will be. It never mattered if I change jobs. They always took my insurance no matter what, not only do they service me but they serve as my whole family. We all have the same dentist Dr. Maiso. He’s always been great to us.

I went to the office after an other office trying to make me spend the money I don’t have for nothing. My hygienist was great, she was calm, taking her time to clean my teeth.Sorry I don’t remember her name .The doctor who reviewed the X-ray from the previous office, was competent and knowledgeable. This office is not there to tell patients lie for profit. I will recommend them to anyone who need a dentist. Thank you all for your kindness.Saintalia

My family always loves our visits to The Rosenthal Family Practice. My kids are well cared for by their staff of caring dentists and hygienists. My husband had to have new xrays taken and the new CAT scan machine is so fast and high tech it was amazing! I love this office's attention to new and changing technology!

Giving RFD is one star because I cannot go lower.
My minor child (6 yrs old) had an appointment to get her teeth cleaned today. Bear in mind - She has been to this office several times before; I have always accompanied her inside the cleaning area and the service has been satisfactory.
Today however, on being called to the cleaning, I the parent was told that I cld not accompany my minor child to observe and calm her and I wld have to wait in the lobby.
On asking why this was the case when I’d accompanied her multiple times before; I was told nonchalantly that is the office policy. On questioning more why I’ve never been informed of this policy I was directed to the front desk. the attendant is seemingly asking the cleaning person - what policy. She actually asked the cleaning person if it was a space or OSHA issue - apparently trying to find a reason why this was a policy breach. At this point - I promptly felt.
4 of my family patronize this establishment and as of today - we will no longer use their services. It boggles the mind how service staff or the lack thereof - can cost a business loyal customers due to their braised behavior.
