This was my first visit to Douglas Dentistry and I must say I was impressed! I was greeted immediately upon walking in the door. The entire staff I interacted with was very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable from the start, especially Stephanie and Dr. Douglas himself. I came in to have a bad tooth checked and due to the amount of decay, Dr. Douglas willingly admitted he didn't feel comfortable in trying to tackle it, so referred me to an oral surgeon. That really impressed me and made me comfortable trusting his services. They have a new patient!

The entire team is amazing. I’ve been going for over 7 years. At one point I moved 2 hours away and kept coming back every 6 months. You will have a hard time finding a better team of hygienists, office staff and dentists. I highly recommend.

Excellent experience from the phone call to schedule my appointment all the way to the checkout. Staff was gentle, caring and genuinely concerned for my comfort. Dr. Douglas was kind, skilled and explained everything he was doing to put me at ease. I’m new in the area and was worried that I wasn’t going to find a dentist that I be comfortable with so easily. Personal experience. When I received a text of y upcoming appointment, I answered briefly that I would be there. I received a personal response. A real person saw my text. Also the dental hygienist was personable, professional, and helpful with hints on how best to care for my teeth- whitening my teeth with care for my sensitive gums. My cleaning was painless and thorough. Excellent service.

Never thought I would use the word 'wonderful' in association with a dental visit but after breaking my tooth over the weekend and being given an immediate appointment, I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Douglas repaired my tooth so fast and it matched my other teeth perfectly (it was a front tooth so very important!). No pain or discomfort during the procedure and he was meticulous to make sure my bite was perfect afterwards. The price was much better than I anticipated as well! Overall wonderful experience.
