Everyone in this office is top-notch. All friendly, professional, and kind. I have been using this practice for over 15 when it was Dr. Wolfenden's office.
I was worried that his replacement would not meet my strict standards. Well, I had nothing to be worried about! Most of the staff stayed at this office, and they are nothing but OUTSTANDING! I have seen Dr. Douglas a few times after cleanings. As a nervous patient, he is extremely understanding and very professional. He encourages his patients to take an active role in decision making about the need for dental work. For example, I had chipped a crown. Instead of immediately trying to "sell" me a crown, Dr. Douglas told me the crown is still functional and could last a long time as is. He would be happy to make me a new one, but it is not necessary. Strictly up to me. I trust him because he has integrity. I highly recommend this practice.

Douglas Dentistry is a top-notch practice. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and cheerful. Everyone is so helpful. Even after I (Carolyn) received a reminder call that I was late for my appointment, the hygienist was waiting at the front door when I arrived 15 minutes late--no "sorry you've missed your appointment, you'll have to reschedule!" Dr. Douglas and Dr. G practice conservative treatment and don't rush to fill, pull, etc., a more "let's keep an eye on it" attitude. i recommend Douglas Dentistry to everyone.
