Dental Care Acworth

This was the very 1st time I was treated by Dr. Mitchell I was very very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and treatment for me. Dr. Mitchell was very thorough and more so he made me feel very comfortable during my treatment as to not feel any pain or discomfort during it. Also his dental hygienist was excellent during and after my procedure.

Also upon entering the office, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. To me that is very important. Thank you.

I certainly would recommend and refer anyone to come to DENTAL CARE ACWORTH needing excellent dental care/treatment.

I am not a huge fan of having my teeth 🦷 cleaned but I actually look forward to coming to this dentist office! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, plus the dentist is easy on my teeth and talks me through everything. I almost feel like I am at a spa more than a dental appointment. I visit every 6 months.

I was referred to Dental Care Acworth by a friend. I must say I've had an amazing experience everytime I came in to have work done. The waiting room decor is modern, inviting and comfortable as well as all the other rooms. The music is pleasant. Watching T.V. while sitting in the dentist chair makes you feel relaxed. The staff "all of them" are awesome. Dr. Mitchell uses state-of-the-art equipment which is comforting. Dr. Brian Mitchell is friendly, professional and knows what he is doing. I see many doctors (for other ailments) and Dr. Mitchell is by far my favorite ~ PHENOMENAL is an understatement!

My smile is almost complete. I am beyond satisfied with my bridge. My lower teeth will be completed within 10 days and I'm already excited to show off my smile. I'll definitely post a picture. Until then here is a picture of me relaxing taking selfies.

The team here was amazing! They were super clear about treatment and cost. She went through the x-rays with me and made sure I understood the implications of what she saw. I walked out with clean teeth and referrals for additional treatment.

The office is super clean, organized and operated with efficiency. Everyone is very nice and personable.

10/10 recommend.

The front office lied to us. They said our insurance would cover 50% and it did not. We repeatedly asked over and over if this was true and they said yes and that we were good to go. They never sent us the breakdown paperwork beforehand (like they said they would) that said that this was an estimate and what the actual cost would be. They did NOT explain to us that it was only an estimate during that phone call. My husband even said out loud "this sounds too good to be true" and they assured him when they heard that. We feel tricked and now we have a huge bill to pay because our insurance only covered 10%.

Our visit with the dentist was awesome. She was stellar and did great work. We are irritated that we have to complain like this because she was amazing. The truth is though, that if we had been told the truth from the beginning and had received the accurate breakdown beforehand (like they said they would send us), We would have gone elsewhere. Extremely frustrated by this whole matter. Do not recommend going here if you have any concerns about your insurance being lesser known than the major ones like Cigna. We had DentaTrust/DentaQuest from the Healthcare marketplace.

This is a very special dentistry office. It is small and makes you feel at home like they are family and they really care about you as a person - beyond as their patient. The work is exceptional and they don't want you to be stressed or in pain so they bend over backwards to make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend Dental Care Acworth!

I had a great visit today at Dental Care Acworth. The first thing that caught my eye was the decor. The office is clean and the staff is professional and inviting. Carlye cleaned my teeth and she was amazing. I haven’t had the best dental experiences in the past which causes me anxiety when I go to get my teeth cleaned. However, she was so sweet and reassuring. She always explained to me what she was getting ready to do and was always making sure I felt okay after she was done. I look forward to coming back to this office!

Carly did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Unlike other dental cleanings, I didn’t feel any pain or severe uncomfortableness. The doctor was also nice and quick!

Fantastic experience. I came in with a lot of anxiety about money and lack of care of my oral care and each person that I saw took time and care to make sure I was comfortable the whole time.

The atmosphere is calm and tidy and each room was a personal space which was a nice for my tearful eyes.

The dentist himself spent more time than any dentist ever has and that helped ease me through the exam and dental work. He was kind and compassionate and listened to me.

Looking forward to continuing focusing on my own care for once.
