When you think about dentist, you usually don't expect the greatest experience for what it is. Here, they make you feel like they really care about you and handle you and your finances the best way possible. I have nothing but praise for this group and I thank them for being straight forward about what needs to be done. Great staff, very nice and clean facilities, pretty great about scheduling appointments as well. Highly recommend it as the best dental care provider

More recently my last two visits have been too long - what should take 30 minutes took 1.5 hours because of wait times. So reducing my initial rating to 3 stars for that reason - the work is still great, hoping they see this and improve unnecessary wait times.

I’ve been visiting here for many years - once every 6 months for prophylactic cleaning. Dr Jung Lee and her staff here are amazing - I’ve always had a on-time and pleasant experience. Very professional, clean and organized place. Highly recommended.

I have been with Stonewalk Dentistry for years. The practice uses state of the art equipment to accurately diagnose and treat dental problems. and Dr Kim is an absolutely wonderful dentist. She is a very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in the field of dentistry. A top notch professional! I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone looking for excellent dentist including my closest friends. The dental hygienist, Kim, is also very friendly and knowledgeable. She is extremely competent and has a wonderful ability of making you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the cleaning process. This dental practice in one of the best in the Atlanta area.

I've been with Stonewalk Family Dentistry for almost 2 years now and I do not have any complaints. Best Dentist office I've been to. GREAT staff. Nice, friendly and professional. They make you feel relaxed and between their comical relief and Sports Center on the flat screens the time just flies by and before you know it the procedure that you was so nervous about is over.The Doctors and staff actually care about their patients and don't just view them as customers. I've had a lot of work done since I've been here from cleanings to root canals and I've never been disappointed with their work. I definitely recommend Stonewalk to anyone who's looking for a Dentist office with a superb staff.

This office seems to be understaffed, disorganized and non-professional. They cannot even retrieve my files that I had emailed them and the dentist literally looked at the files/x-rays on my phone to determine dental work that I needed for the future. Not good ,
I had asked for a follow up phone call which I still did not receive. I changed dentist and will never return to this office

Very bad experience at this dental office! And I DO NOT recommend it at all. DR. Lee is the reason I give it a one start as she was nice and helpful. Otherwise front desk and billing staff are not professional at all. First thing, when I came in at the door they wanted us to pay $20 for the staff's PPE- protective equipment (which is something I was not informed about when I was making my mom's first appointment on the phone, plus that I have never seen any clinic that charges their patients for the staff's protective stuff). The patients doesn't have to pay for your staff's masks, gloves, gowns etc. Second thing, My mom needed an extraction and they wanted us to pay for the extraction out of pocket until they verify the insurance the next day which is again I never seen a clinic that does that ( the billing staff took a copy of the DL and insurance card but still wanted to charge us until insurance pays for them then they can reimburse us which didn't make sense but I agreed to do that because my mom needed the extraction it was an emergency extraction and they won't do it until we pay first). The billing person told me that she will call me in couple days and inform me regarding what happened with the insurance but that never happened either. I keep calling them and as many people mentioned they never answer the phone. I spoke with the front desk staff and they were unwelcoming and told me to just wait. At this point I'm not sure what to do. We really wanted to like the clinic but we will NEVER go back again.
Edit: the manager called me after seeing this review and fixed the issue, she was also very nice explaining everything. I appreciate the fast response from the manager.

Dr. Lee has been taking the BEST care of me for years. I highly recommend Stonewalk if you want a great experience with no anxiety about dental care. Dr. Lee is honest above all and will discuss preventative care at signs of trouble to save you $$$ and pain. Every hygienist gives a thorough “getting right in there” cleaning 🤣. I’ve had 2 mouth guards produced at this location and they have an EXPERT fitting technician. Dr. Lee and her staff want to make sure you are comfortable doing everything you can to prevent expensive dental issues which is a refreshing experience I have not had in the past. I’ve recommended many to this practice and everyone feels the same way. Client for life.

My visit to Stonewalk Family Dentistry was great! The staff was friendly and very informative. They showed me all of my options for dental work and was very willing to work with me due to my lack of dental insurance. I'm definitely going back to them for my next procedure and other dental needs.

Dr. Lee and her team are fantastic. As a healthcare provider, I’m so happy to see they are taking every precaution during the pandemic.

Also, they were more than accommodating with scheduling.

Stonewalk Family Dentistry is the best dental office I have been too since I was a child. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. On my second visit, I had insurance questions that they were able to answer quickly and correctly. Both times I have gone, the wait time has been minimal. They have even gotten me back in a chair prior to my scheduled appointment time. Overall, it is a great office and I will continue to go back!
