I literally can never get an appointment when needed. I’ve been in fast track braces for a year plus with no positive results. My brackets are always coming off, they never change the wire, also I’ve never had a gap between my two front teeth and after going through treatment I now have a gap, more damage is being done then good, I’m in the dental profession and have never experienced this kind of patient care and customer service. Very discouraged and disappointed. I’ve spent a lot of money with no results and horrible customer service. This journey was suppose to bring me excitement, but it has brought me nothing but stress.

My family and I switched here a while ago and ever since I have always had a great experience. The hygienist Mariette is gentle and kind hearted. The sweet dental Asst. Jerica is quick and painless with the X-rays. This practice is clean and comfortable and gives great customer service from the beginning of the visit until the end. I highly recommend! Thank u!

Scheduled a first time appointment Yesterday for an 8am tomorrow dental cleaning and at 4:20 today they called to tell me the appointment was no longer available? It's a first come first serve? Seems pretty unprofessional. Guess I'll keep going to my dentist in Druid hills. I've had some pretty poor service from dentists in this area

I have been going to the same dentist for the last 18 years; however, he does not see kids. I have been looking for a location that would service the both my son and I. We came to Austell Dental Excellence for the first time together to get our teeth cleaned and the service was great. Very timely, clean, patient, and welcoming! We will be back!

I had an excellent experience during my first visit at Dr. Hopper's office. The staff greeted me in a friendly, cheerful manner when I arrived. They gave me a tablet to enter my info, so there was no stack of papers to complete. The wait time was minimal! Marriotte cleaned my teeth thoroughly and efficiently. He performed the most comfortable x-rays that I have ever had! Dr. Hopper came in to examine my teeth. He was very pleasant and friendly. If you are searching for a dentist, I think you would be very pleased!

Place is a Scam the Doctor his staff especially the FRONT staff are unfriendly the doctor won’t even talk to you. They always tell me “ we will have to call you back” no call back. Booking a appointment they won’t even let you hold the appointment if you don’t have your insurance. They always say you have to call back until you have the info even if I told them I will call back in 5 mins after I talk to my job. They want Money. It’s all about money money money. Please be aware. They all are scripted. I have been reading reviews about this place and actually came up there and it was crazy. And plus they are always always having to reschedule your appointment but when we have to reschedule we have to pay but it’s okay for them to do it 2 or 3 times a month because “the doctor is sick” lord is he always sick he needs to go get that check. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.
