I went here for LHI Appointment but they also accept United Concordia insurance. Super nice clean and professional, barely waited. I came back for my cleaning to keep everything at the same office Ashely and Dr. Cook are great! Very informative and gave me good tips. I’m no stranger to dentist office and try to keep up on my dental hygiene and this is one of the best offices I have been too. Everyone works as a team, Thankful to have found it!

I have so many teeth that had decay and very little time to get most of it fixed. Dr. Warren pulled one tooth and fixed several teeth in two visits. Today, he fixed my front teeth and I can’t stop looking at his work because it is truly amazing. Him and and the staff at the clinic are very professional and didn’t make me feel embarrassed at the state of my teeth. I’m so thankful for them. Thank you for all your help!

First let me say I'm a middle aged woman with an irrational phobia of dentists. I attribute my fear to really bad past experiences. I no longer have to fear! I'm so amazed at Dr. Cook and the whole staff. She is the most kind, professional, and knowledgeable dentist I have ever had. To think that for the first time ever I didn't even feel the terrifying needle! I'm glad I found a professional I can trust to finish all my procedures. A big shout out to Betsy, her wonderful Dental Assistant. As crazy as it sounds, I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Had to switch Dentist due to changes in network. A friend referred me to Dr. Cook. Service was very courteous and on time. Loved their digital onboarding option. Did not have to feel out paper work once I arrived. Also they take extra precautions due to the current pandemic.
