Today was my first visit with Dr. Smith's team. First, I was very impressed with the decor of the office, the up-to-date technology that Dr. Smith has put in place, and the down to earth friendliness of everyone on his team. My Hygienist, Sissy, provided the best cleaning experience I have ever received. She was cheerful, thorough, pain free and, competent. She removed coffee stains from my teeth, no other cleaning came close to do.

I highly recommend Dr. Edward C. Smith and his team for all your Dental needs.

I enjoy my dental experience every time I have an appointment! My dental hygienist is awesome and Dr. Smith is excellent at what he does and is very professional! Great place to go and I would recommend them to anyone! If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place to come!

I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Smith and his entire staff. Everyone is so polite and thorough in explaining what is going to be done and why. Not many people can say they enjoy going to the dentist but I really enjoy my visits at the clinic. Dr. Smith is caring, patient and highly skilled. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Smith is the best dentist I've ever been to. He has great bed side manner, as well as all the staff. The front desk staff is always there to help you and the hygienist are very gentle and actually care for you. Hands down recommend this dentist over anyone else.

If I could give this Dentist office zero stars I would!! Very unprofessional and treat elderly patients as if they can’t afford any of the services that they offer! If there’s a procedure that the doctor doesn’t want to do (even if it’s advertised that they specialize in the procedure) he won’t do it!! What an embarrassment and joke of an establishment!! Highly do not recommend.

Your response is laughable. You can say whatever you need to say to save face, like every company does when they’re called out on their unprofessionalism. It was stated MULTIPLE times that the payment would be made out of pocket if need be. The insurance company actually told you that they would pay $974 and you were told that the patient would pay the difference ON A THREE WAY CALL WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!
NOT ONCE was a story switched up about how the incident happened, because we aren’t dishonest people. You can continue to tell yourself whatever lies you need to, to help you sleep at night and deem yourself a decent human being. As stated before, highly DO NOT RECOMMEND, and you should’ve gotten your story straight before responding because lying won’t save you.

I have been coming to Dr Edwards for years! The staff is always nice and friendly. My kids refuse to go to anyplace else! What I love the most is that Dr Edwards is very knowledgeable and keeps you well informed of the health of your teeth! If you are looking for a dentist - look no further.

I have been a patient at Dr. Smith's office for over four years. I couldn't imagine having my dental work done any where else. The staff is always so polite and personable. I have never had any issues with the billing or insurance filing. Thank you for being a great local business that I can trust.

With my first phone call to Dr. Smith’s office to ask questions and make an appointment, I was greeted by a friendly and warm staff. I have been a very complicated patient because of health issues, and have experienced many doctors that have been reluctant to treat me. But Dr. Smith has walked through my problems with me, and on several occasions, called me after treatment to make sure I was doing OK. The staff has been wonderful and even billing and insurance is handled in a way that is easy to understand. Because of the staff and Dr. Smith, I have recommended his office whenever possible. I can't recommend them enough. They will make you feel comfortable with their caring and professionalism.

My former dentist retired so I went to my insurance site and searched for one in the area I wanted with great reviews. There were a few and I chose Dr Smith. So glad I did. Very nice, clean office, everyone I encountered was professional, informative and friendly. It just so happens my new hygienist worked for my former dentist. Imagine that. I found Dr Smith to be the same as his staff, friendly, informative and professional. He did not act like he was in a hurry and answered all of my concerns. I was able to get an early appt time for cleaning and returned at the end of that day for some minor work, how lucky was that, and found that even after a busy work day everyone was still as friendly as that morning and Dr Smith just as pleasant and thorough. Found my new dentist!
