I recently had my first appointment here after a friend recommended the office to me and I had a great experience. They are knowledgeable, kind, and reasonable.
I really liked that they gave me a form at check in that clearly stated the differences in silver or enamel colored fillings (that included a statement about the latter being more expensive) and had me elect an option before the appointment so it didn't feel like they were trying to persuade me one way or another.
Additionally I have really sensitive incisors and needed to take a break a few times and my hygienist made a comment about us being a team, which made me feel very comfortable!

Wasted weeks of my time. The first appointment I had for a cleaning, they did x-rays but told me I needed a deeper cleaning so I would need to schedule that for another time. They put me down for an appointment THREE MONTHS later. Thankfully, I was proactive and called to see if there were any sooner openings. I was able to get one a month later. I waited. On the day of my appointment, I picked my step daughter up from school early because I wouldn't be home when she got out of school. I got the the office just to be told "the dentist reviewed your x-rays this morning and he wants you to be referred out to a specialist." So if I had waited all the way three months out, I would have lost THREE months of time getting this urgent matter handled rather than the one month I lost. On top of not even getting so much as a courtesy of a call day of to let me know they won't be doing my appointment. Where's my compensation??? Poor practice. I do not recommend this office.

Super courteous and helpful. I needed a dental clearance to have surgery and they were able to do it without any issue or trying to upcharge me into anything I didn't need. Their receptionists really went above and beyond to figure out my insurance so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket, when usually most people wouldn't bother. Was so impressed I recommended them to my wife and her family.

Visited on 7/6/22. This was my first visit. Just got a cleaning and exam. My first impression was the place was kind of dark and gloomy, lots of trees around the building. Also had a rough time finding the office with google maps.
I got pretty much right in for my cleaning. This is new to me, my previous dentist would not get me back for 30-45 mins after my scheduled time. The staff were nice and friendly. All in all, I would recommend the office. I may change my rating after more visits.

I've been going to Dr. Smith for many years and he and his staff are professional, personable, and do amazing work. I had two crowns put on my front two teeth a few years ago and they look 100% natural. Can't recommend them enough!
