I was unsure about doing business with this office because of the reviews; Our experience exceeded my expectations. The appointment was made quickly, our wait was brief, and the representative handling our consultation was friendly and professional. She even worked our son in for a cleaning. Dr. Chin also thoroughly explained the treatment plan and process. In addition, I was pleased with the COVID precautions still being taken. Glad to say that we’re off to a good start.

My children have been patients here for about 6 years and I didn't have any issues with scheduling, not sure what has happened now. Based on recent reviews, it seems many people are having issues with the scheduling lately. I made an appointment in June and was scheduled for September. A few days before the appointment, I was sent a message to confirm, which I did. Then 2 days before the appointment, I received text messages that my appointments had been cancelled. I called and was told it was due to overbooking and they couldn't get them in until December. Then, the day of their appointment and after, I received a text and email that I missed the appointments. I called and the office was unable to explain.

I am always so impressed by Kandece and Becca kindness during my appointments. The office staff is also extremely welcoming and warm. I really appreciate all of their help. I really appreciate all of their guidance and support. The standard of care that Franklin and Dental provided me with was fantastic. I am extremely pleased. Thank y’all!!!

I saw a lot of bad reviews for here but today i had my 3 year olds first appointment ever & the only thing that was bad was maybe the wait time ?? But they were also super packed ! The doctors were super nice & the stuff up front was nice too & treated my baby sonicely and cleaned her teeth explained to her what was going on and what they were doing and she loved it ! I definitely do recommend! Will be back (:

I called in October and couldn’t get an appointment until the end of January. My son’s appointment was at 9am. We arrived 10 mins early for the appointment and he was taken back within 10 mins. He was able to get his cleaning and it lasted about 20 mins or so. After his cleaning he sat in the back for over an hour waiting on the Dentist. The hygienist kept passing by with no explanation whatsoever. After us sitting there over an hour the Dentist showed up didn’t ask or relay any feedback looked into my son’s mouth took a min and went on to the next patient. Never even apologize or explain. The appointment was at 9am we got out of their 11:10 am. Ridiculous! When I left there were 4 other patients that came after my son still waiting to see the Dentist. Staff was professional and apologized after the fact.

The first time I came it was an okay experience they seen one of my children and turned the other away because she had a runny nose. Tried to come again this time my daughter coughed one time and we have already been cleared by a doctor and they turned her away again. Its just aggravating considering appointments are so far out and they keep turning away people when you do come. Im changing providers.

Maria answered all my questions while she multitasked helping someone else. She was very professional. She even did a follow up call just to make sure I received what I needed for I’m her. Thank you

Came in to Franklin Dental today for my children’s appointment. This appointment has already been rescheduled three times before. To my surprise their appointment was canceled once again, this time without notice. The front admin staff showed no remorse, they were not apologetic. When I asked how they chose what appointments to cancel I was told it was randomly selected. This is no acceptable. We will no longer be patients at Franklin Dental in Braces

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is absolutely the biggest joke. The staff is never friendly and it always takes close to 2 hours for an appointment since the book so many for one time. I wish there were other options in Columbus for kids that have Medicaid.

This place is a joke I was told that my daughter had 7 cavities!! Took her to a different dr she only had one when I asked if I could see the X-ray the dr informed me that all the cavities did not show up on X-ray. When I asked how did he know and could he show me he showed me one on the back tooth so I ask where the other six was he said between her teeth but could never show me. I ask f you can show me how do you know they are there his response was I just know what a joke it seems as if your milking the insurance don’t take your kids here .
