Today I went in for an appointment that took a little over an hour just to be called to the back. We signed in at 2:12p.m. and wasn't even checked into the system until 3:15p.m. I know at least 10 people came in wayyyyyyy after us, was called back in a matter of minutes and sent out the office on their way home... wow!!! This is crazy and unacceptable to me. This isn't the first time we've had this issue and I'm letting this place know now that something need to be done about it. How can we arrive as early as we did, sign in, get highlighted on the book, but not checked in, have at least 10 patients come and go, if not more than 10, and we are still sitting there?? This has happened way too many times with the same person up front and today I've had more than enough. Not only that but my daughter's prescription keep getting sent to a pharmacy about 2 hours away from us when I've clearly told the girl to fix it, even made the correction on the form that we have to update, which we never even lived in that area to begin with so why was the prescription going there and so forth....?? Smh.... I've been bringing my daughter there too darn long and if need be we will be looking for another place to go because this is outrageous. Now Becca and Mariella are awesome and even made sure the have their deepest apologies for these long waits... please fix this problem or we are out of there... thanks

I dont know if this is a company issue or office issue but why schedule a patient at 10:00am to be seen until 10:45 this is ridiculous. Now my issue is the office wants u to come at your scheduled appt. Time To accommodate them but what about the office taking into consideration these kids are pulled from school and their not respecting these kids nor parents time. Not professional at all. Currently Im convinced the person responsible for the schedule is over booking ppl to gouge money from medicaid recipents this really need to be investigated. Currently looking for other dental offices that understand appt times are as scheduled not an hour after the appt time to be seen nor 45 mins later. Ta lking about time management work on it ASAP.. ..

I called the call center and made an appointment for my niece that an emergency for today at 8 am and when we came in I was told I was a lieing and that we were a walk in and that they had an 11 am appointment and that they would maybe see her before that if some one doesn’t show up but the people that checked in before her were walk ins too and they saw them as soon as they signed in I was told not to get made and that I did not have to call the call center and complain. So my niece has to miss a day of school because they don’t to honor her 8 am appointment.

2nd time being told my son had a cavity, but during each fill in appt, was told he don't have one ( wasted time). One of son's appt was cancelled and I was never notified until getting to the office. Third reschedule due to their inconvenience. s

We had terrible experiences with another ped. Dentist in town when my daughter was younger, and she was scarred and terrified even though she had perfect teeth and no work had ever been done. We switched years ago and thought no matter what it has to be better, and it is. I have watched Dr.Yu with my even more terrified niece and my two girls, he is so patient and kind! Justin was a godsend for my niece when we all first switched and every assistant or nurse is just as kind as him. I love it and do not mind a little wait, which is usually about the same as the other ped. Dentist I have been to, if it means my babies are taken care of

Honestly this place needs no stars. Been calling for 2 days straight! I wish I could post a screen shot. The bad part is I don’t even go to this place my relative does. SMH I’m just tryna help confirm a appointment . 2 days straight and no one has answered the phone. How do you have a business with a working phone and no one answers. I hate companies like this. You guys are causing so much havoc. Just answer the damn phone. Your not that busy !

HORRIBLE SERVICE.. i’ve been trying to call and schedule an appointment for a month and a half i’ve called everyday they were OPEN & NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!! i hate i got braces with them.. very loud and unprofessional.. THEY STILL TAKE MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT SERVICING ME OVER 4 months.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANY ONE!! very crowded multiple ppl have the same appointment times.. it’s honestly just SAD!! if your LOOKING FOR A GOOD DENTIST OFFICE THIS PLACE IS NOT IT!!

Stay away unprofessional long waits. Asking a question is forbidden for some reason there is always a attitude with front desk. If ur appointment that they set is at 3 why are you still in waiting room for over a hour.
