Halloween and perfect to catch up on my dental saga! The ladies were in haloween costumes and very professional! No decay but I got an "OH MY'" on stain as a heavy coffee and smoker! They cleaned me up and I enjoyed it. Humor and professional. I really enjoyed the experience. I am 71. I have some dental experience. The crew at Sugars End Dental made it fun!

It was my first visit to the office. Was greeted by a very nice front desk girl who was the one that ended up assisting the doctor as well. Dr. Coakley is amazing. I am a nervous Nellie when it comes to the dentist but she made me feel very much at ease. I never felt rushed and got exactly the care I needed!! Had a regular cleaning scheduled for today and since I didn’t have my updated dental savings plan card on me, they wouldn’t honor the savings plan fee schedule. Kind of ridiculous since I have been with the same plan mow for 3 years and the membership account number never changes. This is how you can waste 2 hours of your time if you’re dealing with a non caring staff.
