This was my first visit to Sugars End and I was very impressed. First, they really valued staying safe during these covid times. The staff was masked up. They have people wait in their cars instead of inside. They had the windows open and air filtration systems running. Second, the place is adorable - cute design and not like a dentist office at all. Third, everyone was really friendly, from the dental hygienist to the front desk staff to the dentist herself. Finally, they were prompt and fast - I was in and out for my x-rays and cleaning in under 45 minutes.

Earlier this week, I had my first appointment with Sugars End Dental. Simply put, they are great! Everything about the practice is first-rate from the high level of customer care to the efficient use of web-based services. Even the office itself is impressive!
After moving to Ellijay five years ago, I had continued to use my Atlanta-based dentist. But, circumstances changed and I finally chose an Ellijay practice. Fortunately, Sugars End was a great selection!

We’re so grateful to have Sugars End in our community. The office is bright, clean and comfortable. The staff is kind, thorough and clearly care about their patients and work. All staff members have been kind, courteous and informative, I don’t feel pressured or sold. My kids absolutely adore Sugars End, the literally jump up and down and cheer when I tell them they have an appointment coming up and they argue over who gets to go first 🤣! I’m so grateful my kids have had such positive early experiences with dental care. I really can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

I have been a patient at Sugars End for a few years. My hygienist and the "Doc" are the best. I'm no fan of dental work, but when it has been necessary, it's also been professional and they listen to you as well. Go there and give it a try!

What a great experience. Yes, I know, you're thinking "How can that be? It's a dental appointment?!".
But it really was. I was a new patient that had a front tooth chipping. I received a timely appointment, easy to complete new patient paperwork and was greeted by a very friendly staff. The Dentist was able to complete my restoration on the same visit, which was a pleasant surprise. I'll definitely keep their name and number in my phone for any future dental needs.
