Allred Dentistry

I would give this dentist office 5 stars because honestly the dentist Marc Allred and his assistant judy and sarah (i believe are their names) are seriously awesome. From dentistry to customer service. They are thorough and understanding which is what you want in a dentist office. I am fairly a new patient still (less than a year) and I came based on a family referral and I love supporting family/small businesses. With that said. Today is the day where I definitely will never return because i believe one bad apple can spoil the bunch. Long story short I stood at the checkout counter for 15 minutes without any sort of greeting. After 15 minutes of silent treatment I'm told that I owe without any explanation as to why I owe. Then I stood for maybe another 15 minutes as they searched through a few binders where they keep bills!? (I'm assuming) then after a phone call to my insurance they have a reason. After explaining the reason, which is their fault for not sending in the bill and never making eye contact, the rude MA sticks her out hand out says my copay amount never apologizing for the inconvience. I kid you not it was the rudest I've ever in my life been treated by a medical facility...ever. So after I gave them a piece of my mind (what do you expect I just had two fillings, I'm drooling, my mouth is numb, and was treated like crap) I know I'd never return which is unfortunate because the doctors are amazing unfortunately the MAs (the customer service) sucks.

Best dentist I've ever been too hands down . Had 2 molars pulled and wouldn't have known it had he not told me as he worked I was surprised when he told me we where done he told me as he worked what he was doing took probably 20 min after he started on me and they where out . Only dentist I'll use from here on out .

Allred dentistry’s they Are the best. Everyone is in that office extremely polite. They have the best office Manager . I will definitely be back with my family.

The customer service and billing is horrible. They were not upfront about the services fees. I did not know I had an outstanding balance of $80 freaking bucks , until a bill collector contacted me . They did not explain of the day of services of what the insurance will not cover . The front desk people are very rude and judgemental . I support small business but their customer service is a nightmare. The doctor is great and dental hygienist, however one apple spoiled the bunch. They have lost a loyal customer.

There pricing are very misleading!

I had a dental emergency Wednesday before the 4th of July. I had slipped in the shower and chipped 3 front teeth. I walked in as a new patient on the recommendation of Patty Kosko and received nothing but the best care. From start to finish the office staff, Adrianna and Dr. Ben were amazing. An hour in a half later I walked out whole again with a beautiful smile.

They are the makers of “ bad fitting dentures”. My husband repedely told them that they were uncomfortable, stretching his gums like a retainer and kept his upper lip from closing. I complained that they looked very “Mr. Ed”, looked like he was wearing someone else’s teeth. My problem with them is the way they dismissed every issue that was brought up to them. They could have adjusted them and done a good job but instead they just dismissed every issue we had.

Everyone here is so friendly and very helpful. We love coming here!

I have always had high anxiety going to the dentist. They made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Everyone was super nice. I would refer Allred Dentistry to anyone. Thank you guys very much.

Thankful to have a great dentistry in Hampton! I receive great care from the Allred Family Dentist, the hygienist, and the office staff. Couldn't be more satisfied with them. Thanks!
