Atlanta West Dentistry

My family has been visiting Atlanta West Family Dentist for several years. Their experience has always been very positive. The results also always exceeded their expectations. Due to my own fear and anxiety, I stayed as far away from the dentist as I could. My wife chose Atlanta Family West Dentist office when my daughter was 5 years old. Through the years, my daughter would always share her fun and exciting experience at the dentist office in hopes that dad would somehow get the courage to visit regularly. My son was born years later and he too began to share that same fun and exciting experience at Atlanta West Family Dentist with Dr. Cameron, Dr. Watson, Ms. Robin and the gang. Together my son and daughter convinced me a few years ago to visit and have my teeth checked.

That first visit was great! The whole staff knew that dad was a big baby at the dentist office. The treatment was excellent, the staff treated me very well and the office atmosphere was very pleasant. My wife, my daughter and my son gave them a fair warning that dad was afraid to come to the dentist office. After my first visit I was impressed enough to stay on a regular schedule and I want to commend the entire staff of Atlanta West Family Dentist for caring for my family for almost 20 years. My daughter is now 23, my son is now 10. Atlanta West Family Dentist truly is my family dentist. Awesome job! :)

A chance encounter with the AMAZING office manager Robin led me to Atlanta West for my dental needs. I am just absolutely blown away by the service I've received here.

From the second you walk in the door until the second you walk back out you're treated with utmost respect and care. I felt like these people were my family, no exaggeration. They are THAT attentive to your needs.

Dr Watson and Dr Bowersox were phenomenal in their personal care mannerisms. I felt like they'd known me for years and were genuinely interested in improving my oral hygiene, not at all like some dentist's office looking to extort money from you for all kinds of necessary elective procedures. (Looking at you Great Expressions Dentists)

All in all it's an absolute pleasure to write this review as a local guide for Google Maps and i hope that any and all potential clients stop here and make their next appointment with the Atlanta West family, you'll be glad you did!

I had a long overdue visit with the folks at Atlanta West Dentistry today. COVID-19 kept me away along with some other issues but I was thrilled to see all my favorite people there. You always get greeted with a smile and truly genuine warmth from the moment you walk in the door. Today was no exception. I was impressed with the safety measures they have implemented to keep us all safe during this pandemic. My visit went well and I learned I will be needing a good bit of work....although I’m never happy about spending money...I always leave there knowing that I will be well taken care of and that I can trust them to do superior work. Lisa is the best dental hygienist there is and Dr. Watson is not only a very nice person but is very good at what he does. Last but not least I must also mention Robin, the office manager, who is a delight to deal with!
Everyone there is awesome and I would recommend them to anyone in need of dental care. ❤️

I very rarely write positive reviews for a dentistry office, but this is one of the rare occasions I have found a first rate dentist that actually does care about their patients. First off, I have had struggles with dentists in the past which leads me to avoiding visits except when it becomes an absolute emergency. Which lead me to this office which was nearest my home. With that in mind, I walked in for my initial consultation nervously shaking, and was immediately put at ease when they explain the entire process, went out of their way to make me comfortable and took care of me every step of the way. I was so impressed that I immediately scheduled the work that needed to be done and was never in any real pain. The conscious sedation worked beautifully and all I remember is sitting in the chair initially and being wheeled out to the car after all was done. No uncomfortable memories to build up anxiety for followup visits. After which, I was still very impressed by all the caring that I scheduled my cleaning and will be doing some additional work with them later in 2019 to get my care back on track. This follow on work would of never been a consideration at other offices in the past, but this office and it's staff and especially Dr. Bowersox are so impressive, that it wasn't even a second thought that I would be coming back. At other places, I would run away at the first chance once the emergency work was completed. My wife was so impressed that she switched from her dentist of 4+ years to move to this office. Very very happy with this office and look forward to the work we have planned. Thank you.

Best dental office in the world!!! A true gem. Friendly, personal and professional from top to bottom. I have had a range of simple and complex dental work at this establishment with amazing results each time. From the minute you walk in you are treated with the care and attention you deserve. My entire family has been customers of Dr. Watson’s office since we’ve moved in the area. I have never had better dental service ever. The care, consideration, and concern they share for every client is unmatched. You truly feel like you’re family there. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend this office!

I finally found the perfect dentist! Dr. Watson and his staff are amazing. Each staff member is equally talented and so personable. It’s a professional dental office and they have the most up to date technics, products and knowledge for any dental needs. I would also like to add that you feel like you belong there the way everyone treats you.
My story stared last year. I was totally frustrated and had lost my confidence to smile. Couldn’t enjoy many foods due to texture and ability to chew properly. I always wanted to cover my mouth to laugh or smile. My previous dentist had retired. I started at another dentist for implants on my lower teeth. My dentist at the time only preformed 1 implant at a time. I needed 4. When I say it was terrible and painful, I’m not extracting. Swelling was awful and painful for a couple of days. My first implant took over a year and a half. Then I had to go to another facility for them to make the crown for the implant and it was a separate charge as well. $$$ Keeps getting more expensive and stressful.
After talking with my son in law Ben. He suggested that I go for a consultation at his dental office, Atlanta West Dentistry. Another dentist? 🙄
This is when my whole prospective changed towards having hope and gaining my confidence to smile and laugh again without covering my mouth.
I met with Dr. Watson and he’s not like any other dentist that I’ve met. He has a personality! He’s very knowledgeable and positive with making your smile beautiful again! After the consultation and costs of what I would need. Everything would be handled in their office and total cost. No hidden or extra charges. I decided on Dr Watson. I must say within less than 6 months I had 4 implants and some other work. I had no swelling, none! No pain, no issues! I have all my confidence back and can’t stop smiling. Can’t say enough about Dr. Watson and Atlanta West Dentistry. If your wanting the best experience and smile, Dr. Watson is the right choice! I’m 100 % satisfied and will always refer my friends and family to the best dentist. Thank you so much for everything you do for me and all your patients. Keep up the fantastic work!

Amazing as always! Brooke is one of the best hygienists I know. Her attention to detail while getting to know her patients sets her apart. I've been seeing her since 2013 and couldn't ask for anyone better. Dr. Watson and his team are above all!
