ANOTHER UPDATE: August 06, 2019: I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE EMAIL THAT DONNA SAID SHE WOULD SEND YESTERDAY. I JUST CALLED AND WAS PLACED ON HOLD. WHEN THE FRONT DESK PERSON CAME BACK, SHE SAID DONNA DID NOT HAVE TIME YESTERDAY TO SEND THE EMAIL. IT IS OBVIOUS SHE DID NOT HAVE TIME THIS MORNING EITHER- OR EVEN TIME TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE SEND THE EMAIL. I WAS TOLD THEY WILL TRY TO HAVE IT SENT LATER TODAY. I MAY NEED TO CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY STATING WORK WAS DONE THAT I DID NOT APPROVE AND THAT DONNA CLAIMED I SHOULD HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CLEANING SINCE I DENIED THE DEEP CLEANING THAT WAS RECOMMENDED THE FIRST DAY I WAS THERE.

I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME OR ENERGY TO LIST ALL THE REASONS NOT TO GO HERE BUT TRUST ME, DO NOT GO.

I STATED MANY TIMES TO SEVERAL PEOPLE TO NOT DO ANYTHING THAT MY WELL KNOWN INSURANCE WOULD NOT COVER. MY WISHES WERE FROWNED UPON AND WAS NOTED BY THE FIRST PERSON I SAW FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FOR A CLEANING. I WAS TOLD TO COME FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR A CLEANING AND THAT IS WHERE I MET MISSY, WHO WAS PLEASANT. AGAIN, I MADE IT KNOWN TO DO NOTHING THAT MY INSURANCE WOULD NOT COVER. WHEN I CHECKED OUT TO LEAVE, I WAS BILLED FOR SUPPOSEDLY MY DEDUCTIBLE AND FLUORIDE TREATMENT. I UNDERSTAND THE DEDUCTIBLE PAYMENT AND WAS TOLD NO SERVICES WERE GIVEN THAT MY INSURANCE WOULD NOT COVER.

TODAY I CALLED BECAUSE I RECEIVED A STATEMENT SAYING I OWED MONEY!?!? I CALLED AND SPOKE TO TIA (I WAS LATER TOLD THAT TIA IS NEW). TIA CLAIMED THE STATEMENT WAS FOR A FLUORIDE TREATMENT THAT THE INSURANCE DID NOT COVER. SHE QUICKLY SAID I WOULD NEED TO SPEAK TO THE OFFICE MANAGER SINCE SHE COULD NOT ANSWER ANY OTHER QUESTIONS.

DONNA, THE OFFICE MANAGER, CAME ON THE PHONE AND BRIEFLY LISTENED TO MY QUESTION ABOUT THE STATEMENT AND FLUORIDE QUESTION. I WAS QUICKLY INTERRUPTED BY DONNA WHO STARTED STATING ALL KINDS OF THINGS...TIA IS NEW, SHE (DONNA) IS NEW TO THIS OFFICE, YOU (MEANING ME) RECEIVED XYZ, AND SO ON. DONNA WOULD NOT LISTEN AND WHEN I FINALLY INTERRUPTED HER, SHE STATED I DID NOT UNDERSTAND AND WAS BEING RUDE.

I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE HEAD DENTIST OR WHOEVER WAS ABOVE DONNA SINCE THE CONVERSATION WAS GOING SOUTH. I WAS TOLD THAT PERSON WOULD NOT REACH OUT TO ME AND SHE (DONNA) WAS THE ONLY PERSON. AFTER TRYING TO EXPLAIN MY CONCERNS AND EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT I STATED DURING BOTH OF MY VISITS, DONNA FINALLY SAID MY BALANCE IS ZERO AND SHE WOULD SEND A NEW STATEMENT AND MY X-RAYS VIA EMAIL. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE EMAIL. I HAD ALREADY TOLD HER I WILL NO LONGER BE A PATIENT AND CANCEL MY NOVEMBER APPOINTMENT.

LIKE I SAID, THERE IS MORE I COULD SHARE BUT JUST TRUST ME, STAY FAR AWAY. MISSY, I STILL THANK YOU FOR THE CLEANING I RECEIVED. ALL THE OTHER EXPERIENCES I HAVE RECEIVED AT THIS PRACTICE IS FAR BELOW ACCEPTABLE.

DONNA, I REALLY WAS TRYING TO SHARE WHAT WENT WRONG ON THE PRACTICE END BUT YOU WERE TOO BUSY TALKING OVER ME AND STATING HOW RUDE I WAS. DONNA, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AND YOUR ENTIRE STAFF TO TAKE BUSINESS 101 AND YOU TAKE ETIQUETTE 101 CLASSES. I REALIZE I AM NOW COMING ACROSS STRONG WITHIN THIS REVIEW, BUT HONESTLY I AM NOT THAT TYPE OF PERSON. PLEASE, IN THE FUTURE, LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER AND DO NOT ALLOW SERVICES THAT THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT WANT/ALLOW.

DONNA, YOU JUST LOST A PATIENT OVER $21.20 AND BECAUSE OF YOUR NON PROFESSIONALISM. I JUST CHECKED AGAIN AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ZERO BALANCE STATEMENT AND X-RAYS THAT YOU WERE GOING TO SEND. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT THOSE SINCE YOU SAID YOU WOULD SEND THEM RIGHT AWAY? YOU (DONNA) DID NOT WANT TO CONTINUE OUR CONVERSATION EVEN THOUGH I HAD MORE QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. THEREFORE, I HOPE SOMEONE WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS SINCE DONNA WOULD NOT.
