One of the best experiences I've ever had. Not only was everyone super nice and friendly but I was in and out in record time without feeling rushed. My treatment plan was explained throughly and the pricing was upfront, nothing extra hidden. I'll be returning.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I used to love this practice. I thought that they were fair. But unfortunately I scheduled an appointment and the morning of woke up sick with possible COVID! I guess that they wanted me to come and infect the whole practice along with all of the other clients. Being in the health care field that is NOT what I do. I just called to reschedule my appointment and I was told that I would have to pay a fee due to being sick. I was unable to get there due to running a fever. I was contagious and did not have a voice. I am not paying a fee due to not being able to get to my appointment due to health reasons! I will be finding another dentist. Dr. Patel is a good dentist but if you need to cancel for a reason just know that you will be charged due to having no control over a situation. I have been a client for several years but as of today no longer. My family will no longer go to this practice.

If you are looking for an excellent dentist then you just found one. Doctor Patel knows dentistry and all of his staff are more than helpful. They will explain exactly what needs to be done and what the cost will be before hand. I have personally found that if, or when you have an issue or emergency they will work you in same day where physically possible. You will be very happy with Dr. Patel and his team.

Customer service and professionalism is top notch. Great communication and never surprised by our bill. They work well with our schedules and it is worth the drive. My husband and I live over an hour away and will come everytime. Doctor has great bedside manner and is super nice, but sometimes a little heavy handed and moves quicker than the sedatives take effect 😅. They've been taking great care of our smiles since our last dentist office closed. Would highly recommend, and don't be afraid to ask for the gas if your nerves are bad like mine🤪

I went in for my first appointment to find out about occasional pain and discomfort around a 20± year old silver filling that I had. I was seen by Dr. Patel, we discussed my options, and today, I have a new crown. Not a temporary crown, a one molded in office for me. I cannot begin to explain how this was the best service I've ever had at a dental practice. Effective and efficient, and they took care of me. Thank you to all of the team who took care of me(I remember your names but don't know if you want them shared), and thank you, Dr. Patel. 20/10 recommended this team for your dental needs.
