Windy Hill Dental is definitely a great place. I love the atmosphere, the friendly staff and service. They thoroughly explain what they are about to do before they begin (unless you are a vet like me and even then they will explain). They even give suggestions for care. I referred my sister and she loved it. She drives over 2 hours to see MY dentist office. LOL!!! Yes I said my and I don’t mind sharing.
You won’t regret making them your go to tooth care spot.

They do a decent job on the services that I have needed. The only downside, they do not always communicate with you ahead of time on up charges. My insurance covers two cleanings per year at no cost to me as part of the coverage. Twice now, they have charged me for services that aren’t covered under a cleaning. I wouldn’t mind so much if they would just tell me before I get to the check out desk.

I don't know about anyone else but I wasted my time here.09/16/2022 When I say they didn't do anything but put mouthwash in my mouth & took x-rays & billed my insurance company! I never received a treatment plan I never received my x-rays I never received my prescription no one calls you back I've left 4 messages! I can honestly say this was my first and last time coming here! Once I get my x-rays I will be on to the next dentistry hopefully they're better than this one!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Went in for a routine filling and after the doctor squirted me in the eye with the anesthesia, he then busted a blood vessel in my cheek which caused it to massively swell with blood. He gave me an ice pack and told me to “just relax” twice before sending me home. He never once apologized, then tried to downplay what he did as nothing and was a completely unprofessional and careless about it. Since then, my face is still massively swollen, it still hurts to eat, talk, I can’t work, train, or even show my face in public. I went into the office to see a different doctor than the one who disfigured my face and all he could do is tell me to wait it out for 7-14 days and to cover up the tennis ball sized swollen mass on my face with makeup. Are you kidding me?! They never offered any solutions or help! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!! It’s a complete joke

Yolanda is fantastic and thorough all while being gentle. She teaches as she works which is wonderful. My 9 yo daughter asks to go to the dentist, and she says Dr Lubell is her favorite doctor. That speaks volumes in my book.

Very professional and family oriented environment. I’ve had good and bad experiences with dental offices, and they are on the good list. Someone is always available to answer calls without all the 245,338,976,977,343,756 transfers… the staff is great and extremely friendly.
