Carla is wonderful! I feel very comfortable during my visits and both doctors I’ve met with are knowledgeable and friendly. Cleanings are quick and painless. Highly recommend!

Billing is messed up all the time. Still waiting on my claim because they didn't provide their tax ID. 🙄 And lets add an "attitude" on top of it.

I find out that they overcharged on the service they provided.

I go get another look and someone said they didn't really do my deep cleaning but charged me for it! Deep root cleaning vs a basic cleaning is a significant difference in charge.

Canceling my future appointments.

UPDATE: SERVICES 8/19. Michelle submits 1 claim and it was the wrong insurance plan #. She then submits 2 additional ones. ALL 3 CLAIMS NOW HAVE DIFFERENT INFORMATION. Why submit 3 different claims? I recall a review that said they billed them for services that weren't covered under the insurance plan and ended up in collection.

9/22-I call them to see the development of them submitting their tax ID. Michelle stated that it'll take 8-12 weeks as delta dental fault for not certifying them in system. Gives me a telephone number with ref # that doesn't exist in their system. In other words, nothing they can do. What's interesting is her behavior in all this. Everything is to prove their innocence so I can remove my review. Also not really getting anything resolved. Then asks me if I can remove the reviews.

9/24 I call michelle to get clarification. Did she end up submitting their info correctly? She then decides that we should do a " delta dental conference call" Because she had to leave. we would continue this later

9/25 because of this review, she's refusing to continue to communicate further and hung up. Before all that, she expressed because I don't know the "lingo " of medical insurance. That i won't get the same info and that she did her job.

First of all, I have every right to this review. Second of all, this review wouldn't had taken place if they weren't doing something shady going on and the "job" was indeed rendered completely. I go get my wisdom teeth checked out and that claim was received and processed 100%. Guess delta dental ONLY left out Windy hill dental associates in their recertification in system.

Bottom line; if you want clean teeth there are plenty of other places to do it. If you want a clean bill dont bother! I fear with all the other low reviews ring true .

Its so important what these people do, its a shame that is how they use their skills. Its unfortunate, that I had to unnecessary give 695 for over charged cleaning and not going to get reimbursed for it either.

Went in today for the first time for a cleaning and because i was having a toothache. These people are miracle workers! Lol I went in with a toothache and left without one!! The staff is GREAT! Very friendly and knowledgeable & Dr. Frist is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Everyone is pleasant and sweet. I like that everything is explained upfront before the procedure takes place. Glad that I found this dental practice!

My first visit was the absolute best, the office staff was beyond friendly. I highly recommend anyone needing dental care to go here. 5 stars 3 times and more.

CHECK YOUR INSURANCE PAPERWORK. They overcharged me $540 and claimed they put a crown made of porcelain and gold in my mouth. It was an all porcelain crown they implanted. They were very nice until I questioned why I needed a crown because I never had any trouble from the tooth. I received many different answers on why a crown was needed. Sadly they had already shaved my tooth down when I found out they were only doing it for preventative purposes and it was not necessary at this time. The other dentist that I went to laughed at the temp that was made because it was caked with cement because they did not fit it down properly and they cemented it to the two adjacent teeth. It took 3 weeks for them to get the correct crown. If you really needed a crown, I would go to a place that provides same day crowns and are honest.

I’ve had such a terrible and unprofessional experience with Windy Hill Dental. They do not care at all about inconveniencing the patient. I was scheduled for a deep cleaning one day only to be told after taking X-rays that they would not have time to complete the cleaning. I was frustrated to learn this after haven driven across town at rush hour to make the appointment but agreed to come back a week later. We made the makeup appt for 8am the next Monday. Once again I drove across town at rush hour to make it to the appt on time. I arrived at the office at 7:50am to closed doors and lights off. I thought it was no big deal considering I was the first appt of the day. At 8:03am someone finally lounged in and opened up the office. By 8:20am I’m still sitting in reception with no sign of the hygienist. I had to go over and ask the receptionist what her ETA was and was told she’d be atleast another 15 minutes due to traffic. Are you kidding me!!? I literally got up early and moved around my work schedule to ensure I was on time for the appointment. All I expected was the same courtesy in return. By 8:40am there was still no sign of the hygienist so I got up to leave the office. This was my last time at Windy Hill dental! I will not be returning and would never recommend this practice to any of my family friends or coworkers.

I don't understand Lizzie the hygienist cleaned my teeth are not there anymore. After she cleaned my teeth, my teeth are not bleeding anymore and my disease is cured after bleeding for 5 years.

They are so nice and make an uneasy process, at times, comfortable. They do excellent work and I've never had any pain (fillings, extraction, cleaning, night guard fitting) highly recommend!

I've been going to WHDA for 18 years now. I have had LOTS of dental work my whole life including braces, extractions and every type of implant you can think of with lots of cavities filled, crowns, bridges, etc. These are the best of the best dentist I've encountered and I'm willing to continue traveling 1 hour each way for my visits. My teeth are worth it!
