They have the best staff! The doctors, the dental hygienists, and the front desk receptionists were the most pleasant and professional personnel I have ever met. Each visit was seamless as if it really wasn’t the dentist working on my teeth, which I don’t like (who does?!) I’m also not the best patient. They took care of me and I highly recommend them.

I had a great visit today at Towne Lake Dental Group! Everyone was very friendly, and my hygienist was fantastic! She explained everything she was doing step-by-step and answered all of my questions. Being newer to the area I am so happy TLDG was accepting new patients. Very comfortable facility and well organized. Highly recommend!!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Cossar today. What a delight! Yes, it was that good. She is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Her assistant and the office staff were also wonderful. From making the appointment through my visit and scheduling my follow-up it was an excellent experience.

I was extremely satisfied with my first visit, LOVED my hygienist!! I was ready to give this place a 5 star rating but then the disappointment came. They were supposed to follow up with me on getting a bite guard and smoothing out my teeth. A month after my appointment and I have heard nothing. Very disappointing. I did want my hygienist to receive 5 stars. She got me for sealants and fluoride and I am a hard sell. :)

Very professional staff, clean office and everyone is so friendly and polite. We had an issue with our insurance we had no idea it had been changed and they were patient until we figured out who the new company was and they took care of my daughter quickly there after. Glad I chose this dentist.

Was told by the hygienist that I previously had a fluoride treatment so I agreed to do one. When she applied it I knew immediately I had not had this before. When I checked out, I was charged $19.00 for the treatment. Slick way to make extra money. I will be more cautious in the future. Was also told I didn’t need to see the dentist as I had seen her last time. First time I have ever gone in for a cleaning and not also been seen by the dentist. Guess they are too busy for patients. Not happy with this visit.

This is the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. Everyone is extremely friendly and they all go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer. The hygienists are excellent, clean your teeth well, and give you advice on best oral care to protect your teeth. Dr. Cossar is so caring, explains everything she is doing, and goes out of her way to take care of your teeth. You can tell she really cares about her patients and goes above and beyond regarding patient care and education. Love Dr. Cossar! If I could give ten stars I would! I will always go to this practice!

The hygienist was amazing! The new dentist doesn’t listen to concerns. She only heard what wasn’t relevant. She said I needed a referral from Byte. They told me to follow up with my regular dentist. Clearly, she doesn’t want my business after treatment with Byte. She was rude and dismissive. I definitely won’t go back to her again! I wasn’t asking for help with my aligners, but simply cosmetics after treatment. She shut down any treatments I asked about. Especially, since I have been a patient for 7 years. As a primary care provider, I know it can be frustrating, but at least listen to your patients!

The ABSOLUTE BEST DENTAL OFFICE IN POOLER—and I have experienced a few! Being a woman of color, it makes me extremely comfortable to see several women like me, working in the dentist office I attend. This is the case for Towne Lake Dental. My hygienist, Shay, was so sweet, light handed, and amazing! Dr. Crossar is so thorough and precise—not to mention, she is full of life and super, super sweet! The administrative staff are even so welcoming and respectful! 10/10 RECOMMEND!

A pleasant experience every time I go! Even though I am such a wuss when it comes to going to the dentist. I've had to have a couple follow ups recently and every one at that office is simply lovely.
