My appointment suppose be today at 9 AM. I called them at 8 AM notified them I already left my home at 7:45 but there are Heavy traffic and 3 accidents on my way, and GPS said ETA around 9:20 AM, so I told them I don't want to waste my trip , is it OK to be late around 20 minutes or cancel and reschedule. they said we will check and we will call you back, then after 5 min called they said that's fine, we put you at 9:20 AM. then after more than an hour and half of the rush driving and when I almost be there , they called me again at 9:20 and I told them I'm so close and needs less than 10 min to be there, she put me on hold for few minutes then simply she said we canceled your appointment and you have to reschedule!!
My previous appointment, they let me wait at there office for more than 45 before can see the doctor and I never complained, and they canceled today after my long way driving. Unprofessional, Untrustworthy and very disappointing. I will never return back there.

With all my respect, that’s not true
Although I am sure about the delay at the 6 months ago appointment and addition for that the doctor at the time he was busy and treating me and treating other patients at the same time, but I did not complained as I said and I’m not in here to argue with you about something happened 6 months ago!
- My original appointment it was not at that date, it supposes be next week at 10 Am, your coordinator called me day before and she said we have customer cancelled and if you want you can come at 9 AM tomorrow, so I confirmed.
- As I said clearly, the coordinator when she called back at 8:10 AM she said Clearly my appointment shifted to 9:20 not 9:10!
- With my respect to the doctor and his valuable time, my appointment with him it not was in the cafe or bus station and he cannot wait for me if I’m few minutes late because the traffic issue. My appointment it was at his office as customer and I’m who was driving an hour and half trying to reach him on time and I would have understood if he keep me waiting in his office till he finish his work with others especially my appointment it was just for basic follow-up and cleaning ( nothing major). But I couldn’t understand canceled just for canceled
As is your time precious, the others also have commitments and cancel the customer appointment after the long distance of driving is unprofessional or not credibility at all, but it's indicate the lack of respect and lack of responsibility

I would like to give him a zero stars if I could.Very disappointed. This man can be a everything else but not a doctor. I went there with pain after I waited whole week for the appointment. He did nothing for me to help me with the pain.Sent me back home and said he has no time for me. They did an x ray only to that tooth . Didn't even check if I have some more problems.Didnt even do cleaning.Just gave me a bunch of prescriptions and ask the receptionist to calculate the co-payments for the eventual treatment I will receive in the future.

and ask the receptionist to schedule my next appointment in 12 days. Does he really believe I will wait with a pain another 12 days. I will never go back there.
I don't recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Just got a cleaning and x-rays at Today’s Dentist, and I had a great experience! I was in and out quickly and taken care of right at my appointment time! Dentist, hygienists, and support staff were all really nice and helpful!

I was so glad when I was finally able to get my teeth cleaned yesterday because of the COVID-19 shutdown. Lisa did a fantastic job. I knew I was probably going to need to schedule an appointment with Dr. Orza. Kathy was able to schedule the appointment for next Wednesday.
