This place is, by far, the best at quality service. Dr. Jerry, Ms Cheryl and Ms.Margret make a great team. It is awesome to get this level of service in this crazy world. Thank you Mrs. Heather for giving such professional and painless hygienic care.

I have been a patient with Centre Dental since 2017 and have genuinely enjoyed each of my experiences. The staff is very friendly and the space is always clean with a pleasant vibe. I'm appreciative of the detailed care they show me during my service. I hope they keep Missy as their receptionist because she is such a sweet lady!

Staff is very nice and professional. Dr. Racioppi is an amazing dentist and takes the angst out of going to get dental work done. He has a great relationship with his staff and office and keeps my teeth healthy! Also gives great referrals.

Needed a filling and they had me in next day. Great staff and Doctor.

Best Dentist I've ever gone to! Loses a star due to small office hours and frequent cancelations. Apparently, hygienists are super valuable and hard to find!

This is very very difficult for me. Number one reason is Dr. Racioppi is very good at his job. I had a chipped tooth due to an accident 4 years ago. Dr. Racioppi was able to repair it creatively and perfectly. He is a perfectionist. My issue was with his former billing staff. Full disclosure, they hired someone recently named Mitzi to correct the problems and she is very good, nice and professional to my knowledge. But I had to deal with a bill from nearly 4 years ago because the old staff didn't know what they were doing. And they screwed up a recently missed copay. Honestly the service is top knotch. Due to our billing issues we decided to search elsewhere. I would still suggest new people to give Dr. Racioppi a try. Like I said he is good. But until the new staff is established pay close attention to your bills and ask questions. Who knows I may even return because the guy is a perfectionist.

I’ve been attending this doctor’s office for the last 4 years or so. I have never had any issues with them and have always had a good experience with the hygienist and doctor. But my last two visits have left a sour taste in my mouth and it’s making me feel like it’s time to find somewhere else to take my services. After having had a few teeth fillings done, which I’ve gotten done a few times at this doctor, my mouth was feeling a bit sore this time around after the procedure. Part of that was due to my tongue being accidentally nicked by the tool used. I excused that because after all it was a mistake. but after I was done, the doctor left and no one told me how I should care for my mouth afterwards. I can’t remember what to do because it had been over a year since having my last filling done. That was disappointing. After I few days I noticed that my jaw has been a bit sore, which I figured was due to the effects of the procedure. it’s not an unbearable discomfort but it’s noticeable when I eat something large like a sandwich and have to extend my jaw further than normal. I called the doctor’s office today to tell them about the discomfort and express my disappointment with the fact that I was left without any advice (or at least the opportunity to ask questions regarding the aftercare of my mouth, especially since I’d be numb after a while). the receptionist told me she would tell the doctor and call me back. After she called me back she informed me that the reason that no one told me how to care for my mouth afterwards was because there was nothing to tell me. apparently there was no advice needed. After she asked me once again the level of my discomfort I explained it to her and told her that I figured it might get better since it was only coming up on a week since the procedure. She told me I could take advil and to give it a little more time and if it got worse to call them back. I’m assuming that this doctor must’ve developed amnesia or something because I know for certain that with each visit I’m given directions on what to do after getting my teeth cared for. perhaps that was only done by the nice woman who used to do my cleanings. Because if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t know half the tips I do now, like how to care for my teeth in my nightly routine or the best mouth wash to use. These people now, only do their job and go home. They don’t care about you, lest they’d do a better job of making sure your good before walking out the door. I hope to never need anything else accept a 6-month cleaning from them because I cannot trust them to operate on me anymore. They’ve lost my respect and my trust.

I was tremendously nervous for my appointment today. Bridge work and just in general I do not like going to the dentist. I think it’s the drilling noise. In any case from the front to the back everyone was so professional and kind to me. The staff are awesome and the doctor managed to calm my nerves and make me laugh. The key to any good business is #1 Customer Service for the experience #2 Trust- Dr. R is most experienced in the field. 5 stars from me!

I received a bill from 2019, I've never been to this location, I don't know how they got my name or address. The billing information is inconsistent on two different pages. I've tried calling three different times, and left three different voicemails. I have yet to hear a single call back period if you receive a bill from center dental that is past due, do not send them a check. It's a scam to get money from people who've never been there in the first place.
