I went for a cleaning and was told that I had to pay out of pocket for the fluoride treatment. I later discovered it was covered by my insurance and the office didn’t confirm that it was covered prior to charging me directly.
I spoke with the dentist regarding receiving a refund. The dentist told me they made an error and would credit my account and send a refund after my insurance paid them for the treatment. My insurance confirmed, months ago, that they paid the office for the treatment. However, after numerous calls to the dentist office, I still haven’t received my refund!
