Hands down one of the best dentist I have ever been to! Dr.Pool takes his time and explains everything he is doing, as he goes along. I am very anxious when it comes to going to the dentist, so this puts my mind at ease. Not to mention, he has an incredible staff that makes you feel comfortable. This is a win win for me!

Hands down the BEST dentist I have ever had the pleasure to see! Dr.Pool takes the time to throughly explain everything that goes on during the appointment and always makes sure that I am comfortable! The fact that he enjoys what he does and is always so passionate is icing on the cake.

Wow wow wow….
I would recommend this dentist office to any and everyone. I’ve always been so so scared to go the the dentist that’s why it took so long for me to go so my teeth got really really bad ☹️ ….. but when I tell you Dr. Pool was grrrreat grrrrreat very little to no pain after having two tooth removed at one time. My experience with him was pleasant the staff was very pleasant and helpful. So if your having tooth problems or just need a good cleaning check them out …. Highly recommended!!!!!

The service I received was fine. I have some other concerns but that not the point of this review. My issue is the lack of explanation of a bill before I actual receive the bill which took me by surprise. I was sure it was a mistake. Make this provider be clear about the services they are providing up front. For me they billed my son for a comprehensive cleaning (covered every 5yrs by insurance) vs periodontal cleaning (covered every 6mo by insurance). This takes the cake: the office manager and marissa are extremely defensive when being questioned or challenged. Neither one of them could even remain professional which is fine because I would never come back there or recommended anyone else to go. I could be wrong but it seems like black patients get black dental hygienist instead of the first available. Oh how about we all I’ll book you based on your color. Such a joke, but please find someone else to play with. It’s an inflation and I need all my coins!

Awesome Dentist! Dr Miller and Dr. Poole are both Caring and Professional. As wells the entire staff. i have a complicated mouth 👄 🙃. He worked hard to get me what I needed at a reasonable price. Thanks, forever grateful

I was in extreme pain all night and I called Dr Millers office and spoke with Dawn, after many calls and repeated denials I finally met someone with compassion and care. Dawn told me to be patient and she would fit me in to a busy Friday that most dentist take off. When I was called back Heike took great care with my pain to get the necessary pictures of the tooth, treated me with the care and understanding so many other offices had declined to do. Then young DR Poole came in and put my mind at ease. Such a wonderful chair side manner one would expect from a seasoned veteran , he smoothly informed me of what needed to take place even though removing the offending tooth was impossible that day he walked me through the process ans assured me it would be fine. I was not looking for a dentist when the tooth ache came on but in my pain I found the real hero's in this office. God Bless you all for your compassion and understanding. Dawn I owe you so much for your understanding, Thanks is just not enough!
