A great place! Very pleasant with the nicest staff I've ever had the pleasure of being under their care was unbelievable! They made me feel so comfortable & important! Even stayed late to pull a tooth that was giving me a time! Clean my teeth best I've ever had! Will drive back as many times as I have to for their service ! Stay tuned going to keep my teeth they sit with me & made sure I understood everything! I was sure I was going to lose all my teeth but The staff checked 1 by 1 & said we will keep most & fix all! Can't say enough good things about these doctors & staff! Great place to go! I drive a hour & a half every time just to see them! Thanks to my husband for finding them! He's going to be next!!

Very pleasant visit, everyone made sure I understood everything. My periodic exam was quick enough where I could even get my cleaning today!! Shakira did an amazing job at explaining everything very well and did an awesome job at my X-rays! Tiffany did an AMAZING job on my cleaning! My teeth have never felt so good! and we even got my restoration visits scheduled!

I took my mother in law in for a denture consultation last week. The information provided was not what we had seen on the website. It was much more expensive. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would give them a much higher rating than this overall one. We decided to move forward with Aspen, so I called the next day to make her first step appointment. I had to leave a message. I have called every day for a week and had to leave voicemail messages every time. No one has ever called back. I sent an email to the address provided, no response. I am extremely disappointed.

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental and it was awesome! Sheila made the process smooth, easy and enjoyable and Megan and Dr. Pickard were the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. I had a hard stop for a meeting and they were even considerate of that. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

Dr. Pickard is an exceptional dentist! I went to Aspen Dental in Warner Robins as a walk in on a holiday. I was in pain from a cracked tooth. Not only did they get me in right away, but everyone was so friendly. I have had other teeth pulled, but this has been the best experience. Dr. Pickard extracted my tooth in minutes with such ease. He is kind, gentle, and has gifted hands for dentistry.

Best place ever! Made me fill like I was the only one when they were talking care of me as well as everyone else! Special thanks to Dr. Wilson & especially Dr. Pickerson for all the had work didn't fell a thing! Pulling & sewing my mouth! To so much time to make sure I was okay! And the young lady that done my molds & helped me feel comfortable a big thanks as well as the you lady in the billing knew everything & didn't leave out anything! Thank you for all your help! No one can say u don't give all the info! To one's I left out thank you all because everyone was in & out checking on you! They will not let you out till your satisfied! Never been some where they take up all the time it takes to make you happy! Still have a few things left but I will go back as long as I'm alive! Thank you so much! 2 days after surgery!

I had a great visit today! From my DA, TJ with my X-rays and helping me through my pain as well as explaining things to me. The dental hygienist Tiffany was very pleasant and explained things to me as well. The dentist Dr Pickard explained things thoroughly to me, which I appreciated very much. Sometimes dental appointments can be intimidating but they all made sure to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. The office manager Rhea was so sweet and informative as well! I enjoyed my visit as a new patient today!

I was a walk in and they treated me with the utmost respect and care. Rhea at the front desk kept me informed of my wait time. Sheila and T.J. were both calm and patient with me as I was extremely nervous and scared since I had been dealing with the situation for 2 months and "my" dentist told me I was on my own. Dr. Pickard was very kind, checked on me throughout the procedure. The entire staff was professional, patient, caring, and overall way above 5 stars for fixing a situation they did not start.

Everyone was great except Office Manager! Very unprofessional! I was not told that all off the x-rays weren't covered by my insurance until the end of my visit. We went for a check up and cleaning. We did not receive a cleaning.
Your company doesn't call it a cleaning, so that you can charge extra. I should have known not to go to a chain operation. That's how chain medical care is handled.
Now we have to go elsewhere for our cleaning, because we will not be returning to you. We will need our x-rays emailed to the practice we have chosen.

Everyone was very nice, extremely professional, and went above and beyond to explain in detail everything that I will need done. This is definitely my new one stop shop for all my dental needs. Will definitely recommend.
