Ala Moana Dental Care

I have to say Ala Moana Dental Care may very well be one of the best dentist offices I have ever had the pleasure of using. They got me in on a Saturday to take care of an Emergency Root Canal with only 3 hours notice!
The Dental Assistant Diana was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very comforting. Dr Nguyen was amazing, he worked quickly but was very thorough and was sure to check everything was going perfectly as he went along.
They even text me shortly after I left to check on me and gave me a number to call with any questions or concerns. Amazing!
I highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental work done.

SUCH an amazing dentist. Affordable pricing, quick scheduling and every single person who works here is beyond nice. They greet you with a smile and you can tell they love their jobs. I’d recommend Ala Moana Dental Care for everyone but especially for those that suffer with dental anxiety, they put you to ease, don’t judge, and are amazing at their jobs so your not sitting in that chair forever.
Will continue to come here until my smile is complete again!

Very clean, quick, and efficient. Went in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and was in the back before the time of my appointment, done within an hour. Everyone was so kind and the extraction was painless, the only part that stung was when they did the numbing needles and even then they used distraction techniques to make the experience go by quick and effortlessly. No insurance but they have an in office dental plan that’s really good and makes everything affordable. Highly recommend, will be making this my regular dentist!!

Friendly staff & helpful, too! Dr. Nguyen was very pleasant; diagnosed & fixed my Mom’s dental problem in one visit! His assistant was very calm & gracious with my Mom. Parking was easy (in their building) and they validated that for us. And they have very accommodating appointment times available. 😄

Service is good and the staffs are quite nice. The place is clean and their waiting area is neat.

Lorie the hygienist is the best & I simply love her for being so keen and warmth. Would surely request her to clean my teeth again. I love it when I feel comfortable and easy while my teeth is being cleaned.

Hope they’ll stop sending on junk mails on every single neighborhood though. It’s pretty annoying!

I needed an emergency extraction and was in unbearable plain! I was able to get a same day appointment, x-rays/ examined and extraction done all in one visit. Very pleased with their service and especially their compassion as I was extremely nervous cause I am terrified of the dentist. Dr Camden was great, fast and talked me through every step making me more comfortable. Will definitely be back and I’m gonna recommend Ala Moana Dental to everyone :)

I am in Hawaii from NY on vacation and had a dental emergency. I had to have an infected root canal extracted. This is hands down the most caring, clean and empathetic dentistry I’ve ever visited. They got me in right after I called them, I barely waited at all in the waiting room. The receptionist, dental assistant and dentist were amazing; so kind. They worked with me on the payment and walked me through the whole process, they made sure I felt no pain. 10/10 recommend.

I went in to get two wisdom teeth extracted, and I was very satisfied with my experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The procedure was ridiculously fast. I got X-rays done the evening before but unfortunately the building lost power from a storm. I came back the next morning and I was done and out in less than half an hour. They provided great communication through phone calls and emails to coordinate everything. I would recommend this place to others.

My dental hygienist Lorie was awesome! She took time to address all my questions, did a great job cleaning. I was comfortable and and feel great! Also I thank all the staffs who are working late to meet the customers needs. I appreciate it!

The staff made this experience so much better than I expected. Dental work is not something I look forward to, and all the staff, from the greeters to insurance adjusters to the doctor and assistant, we’re polite, professional, and speedy. I also got a same day appointment for major dental work. I am definitely going back.
