Dr. Joeseph Yoo is an exceptional dentist; he pulled my tooth and did a crown on the same day, this was the first time that I had tooth pulled by a dentist and felt nothing, it went so smoothly, highly recommend Aloha Smiles the dentist and the staff were awesome. I will always refer this dentist

Ever since I found Aloha Smiles several years ago, I have never been to any other. Great customer service, the doctors are even better, not just as doctors but as people. Aloha Smiles always lets me choose what and how much, unlike my previous dental clinics which seemed to care more about getting paid than actually giving me what is good for me. From the receptionists to the assistants to the doctors, they are by far the best in Hawaii, and way better than the Mainland clinics I had been to.

Best Dentist in town. They went above and beyond what I expected. Staff is extremely friendly and the post telephone call for my sons visit left me speechless on how they explained everything to me and offered preventative to protect their teeth. Had an appointment today. Got there 30mins earlier just in case. They haven’t verified my insurance even though I already gave my insurance number over the phone a week ago. They said that they couldn’t verify my insurance because I didn’t want to give them my SSN over the phone. So I had to fill out a form so they could get my DOB and SSN so the could verify my insurance...on the spot...during the day/time of my appointment. Really? So why did they need my insurance number if they couldn’t verify my insurance with my insurance number, meaning they needed more info to verify my insurance. That’s why it’s an insurance number where the rest of my biodata is in. And all they can say was, “Sorry” because they couldn’t get a hold of the dental department of the VA. Sketchy practice and vibes, like they didn’t know what to do. And it’s 2022. Wasted my time. Smh.
