I had an amazing experience. I was initially super nervous about getting a filling, (because of the needle) but the dentist made me feel 100% comfortable. The person who cleaned my teeth was awesome, the dental assistant was amazing as well. All around GREAT experience. I highly recommend. If youβre active duty military or a military spouse and or a dependent, I recommend this office! Plus itβs super close to JBPHH.

Dr. Mark Watanabe and his staff are like family to my wife and me. They are simply the best in every way. Iβve had a ton of work done, including replacement fillings turned to porcelain, cleanings twice a year and a surgical post for a replacement molar. Most importantly to me, they know us and treat us like family. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist until now. It is always a pleasure now.

I've always hated going to the dentist...not anymore! Dr. Mark and the staff are really wonderful and the work is excellent. They are very caring and seek your comfort at all times. I recently cracked a front tooth and they took me in that day to at least get a temp filler, then within that week, I got a permanent crown. Highly recommended.

I love this dentist office! Everyone is so caring and efficient! I never have to wait for my appointment, I never feel rushed when the dentist comes in, and the customer service is top level. The dentist always answers all my questions and concerns. My Dental Hygienist (Denise? I think) is so sweet and gentle with my sensitive areas! I highly recommend Pacific Family Dental!

LOVE Pacific Family Dental! Super clean & cautious during the pandemic and all staff members were super friendly. Itβs been a few years since I had been seen by a dentist so I was a little worried but everyone eased my fears and my visit went great. Also my appointment started right on time and I didnβt have to wait at all.

I love Pacific Family Dental! They are so genuine & a sincere group that it was always such a pleasant experience when going to the dentist. I never had to wait & they did an excellent job. I was always surprised by how much they remembered about me when ever I would go back for a checkup. The office is clean and I appreciate the open floor plan where one of the walls are shared for each room into the main walkway. Thereβs privacy without feeling claustrophobic.
Amy (dental hygiene) is excellent. She is gentle and very detail oriented. Dr. Mark is awesome, he is funny and puts me at ease. I really disliked going to the dentist prior to finding Dr. Mark and his staff!! I recommend Pacific a family Dental to all my friends.

I went to Dr. Watanabe for almost 2 years. He is an amazing dentist who will tell you exactly what needs to be done. He will tell you how much each option will cost without making you feel poor or cheap. He definitely understands money can be tight sometimes so he looks for options that are best for you. I was nervous about getting an old filling removed and replaced (due to a new cavity coming in on the same tooth) but he was able to do it without causing any damage to my tooth! The dental hygienists Iβve had there have been very kind as well! They really go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable in every way possible! They give you safety glasses so you donβt get water in your eyes, put chapstick on your lips (single use) so your lips wonβt get dried out while theyβre working on you, and ask you how youβre doing every step of the way! Iβve been to a lot of dentists (moved a lot on the mainland) and this office has by far been the most welcoming! I wish I could have been a lifetime patient but unfortunately had to move.
