Pacific Family Dental is well-organized, staffed by the kindest people (Amy the hygienist is wonderful and puts everyone at ease), and Dr Watanabe clearly knows what he's talking about. They take hygiene extremely seriously during COVID-19, but not in a way that's stressful. Really, you should switch to Pacific Family Dental.

My 2 year old son and I were both seen today. Everything went smoothly, I couldn't of hoped for better dental care. They made my son 1st experience with the dentist enjoyable. They also listened to me concerns about my own teeth and took them in to consideration. Looking forward to our next visit and cleaning.

We have been going to Dr. Mark for the last 4 years. We are a homeschooling family and I love how they coordinate our appointments. I sit down to get my teeth cleaned and by the time I'm done, both my daughters are done too! Staff is very friendly and efficient. The music in the background gets 10 stars all by itself!

It may sound strange to say that I look forward to going to my dentist, but Dr. Watanabe's staff makes me feel like part of their ohana and I enjoy seeing them for my twice yearly check-up. They are friendly and professional, and very patient with my son who is special needs. The atmosphere is relaxing and I can hear laughter from other patients because Dr. Watanabe is friendly, self-effacing, and has a good sense of humor.

Great, clean dental office with professional staff. They show that they care for their patients by taking the time to ask if we have any issues and/or questions and explaining dental care and options. They welcome military families, and are conveniently located near Hickam AFB, Pearl Harbor, and AMR housing areas. Parking is free, but each parking space is really narrow. However, whenever I have dental appointments, there's always parking spots available.

Wonderful experience here! I had Denise as my dental hygienist and she was amazing, both kind and thorough. I also thought a lot of Dr. Watanabe and he had a great bedside manner. Best experience I’ve had at the dentist. They are also taking extra precautions with Covid. Definitely recommend!!!

Dr. Watanabe and Denise have been taking care of our dental needs for the past 4 years. The entire staff has been nothing short of amazing and attentive. Upon arriving to Oahu I researched many dental offices and found Pacific Family Dental to be the best fit for my family. I never felt like we were ever pressured to have unnecessary procedures done and Dr. Watanabe was always very thorough with patient education. Even though we mostly came in for routine checkups every 6 months, the staff always remembered who we were as if we were family. Sadly, we are having to leave the island. On our last visit, without having to ask, our dental records were sent to my email, taking one less item off of a very long to-do list. Forwarding our dental records would have otherwise been an oversight on my part. We are truly going to miss the Dr. Watanabe and his staff. Malama Pono Ke Akua Pu

I've been going to Pacific Family Dental for the past three years, and I always have a great experience. The office is clean. Staff is professional and friendly. They provide appointment reminders. We are covered through military dental plan, and our only personal expense for routine check-ups is the tax. Dr. Watanabe is great with my toddler too! The only negative thing is that parking can be a bit sparse. There just aren't a lot of spaces in the lot, and most are reserved for the other businesses in the area. However, I've always manged to find a spot.

I was taken immediately at my scheduled appointment time which is very rare with medical appointments these days. The entire process from scheduling the appointment, check-in, and the procedure were quick & easy. The staff was also extremely friendly and provided me with paperwork to fill out in advance so nothing was needed on arrival other than a quick COVID screening.

Great place with fantastic customer service. My children love going to the dentist (4 & 7). They are very good with children and I can schedule an appointment for myself and kids at the same time. Recommend to everyone who asks me.
