I love this dental office! They offer great financing options which is wonderful so you can get the care you need without stressing about it being out of your budget. The staff listen and they're very friendly and understanding. The office hours are convenient for all schedules and I can always get an appointment without having to wait months!

Bad cosmetic work on my teeth. Look at my photo. The dark tooth on my left is actually a paid for crown that this dental office put in. Obviously by looking at my photo you can see the mismatch of color. What makes it worse is that we actually paid for bad cosmetic dental work. My review should be zero stars but the software will only allow a minimum of one star for a review. I will never go back to this dental office again and now I burdened with a mismatch of color on my paid for crowns .

Professional service. Customers are greeted as they enter and immediately made to feel comfortable. It's a process that continues through the entire service, making sure that questions are answered and care is given to take the patient's feelings in to account. All in all a painless, friction free service at a very reasonable cost.

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Everyone who works here is exceptional! Special mention to the ones who helped me directly, who were so compassionate and knowledgeable— phenomenal Macy did not hurt me one bit and was incredibly kind and amazing at her job! Kuni was also great at taking impressions and was so sweet! Dr. Morgan is the best dentist I have ever seen and his fantastic personality, industry-leading experience and overall professionalism are what make him the top Dentist on the island. Mae is who caused me to decide to go with them because she was so professional but sweet and understanding plus her kind and positive manner and the way she made sure i was taken care of and was able to work with me to make sure I got the best value—-The Best!!! I paid for invisalign in full at the Waialae Clinic and finished the treatment at the Pearlridge Clinic after his dentist moved clinics. Every month I receive a bill for the treatment and no one from the billing department has responded to my phone calls.

Just a guy trying to get his teeth cleaned in Hawaii....
Just called (10am on 2/4/2022) When I first called I explained I had QUEST, the man on the phone said they don't take that but they have a very affordable one year plan of $100. I said I would call back after I shopped around a bit. After shopping around I called back he said the plan is now $155... (that changed quick, maybe he saw the blood in the water and realized I was desperate) So I listened to him a bit and then said okay how much for me to come in today. HE THEN SAID FOR A VISIT TODAY IT IS $358.
I laughed and hung up the phone.
From $100 to $155 to $358 in less than 30 mins.
Two issues:
(1) QUEST should be accepted everywhere, bad dental health leads to other issues.
(2) Why are dental offices so hesitant to work with medicade. You will get your money one way or the other.

I absolutely love this place and I am HUGE on customer service because I’ve won awards in that area. They will give you a blanket if you’re cold so heads up; it gets a bit chilly! This place honestly has left me ecstatic. I need a lot of work and they have exceeded my expectations. They have also set the bar for dental care, yes, they are that good. Whoever does the hiring at this place is spot-on. Wow, what a great crew! Dylan, Fay, Mae at the front, Dr. Downs and the rest of the crew I encountered (all front desk staff) are super friendly, extremely professional, caring, and accommodating, they even add extra procedures that would normally have required for me to return more than once - during my time of visit, when they can. So far, it’s been both times. Efficient af, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. They also send text reminders of appointments even several hours before! Recommend times 10!!!

As a new client who is nervous about seeing the dentist, I was comforted by their high level of professionalism balanced with warmth and friendliness. I read all the bios of the dentists BEFORE even contacting them and was impressed by the diversity, level of experience, and their commitment to excellence in patient care outlined in their vision and mission statement.
The office is accessible and there is a lot of pertinent information on their website. I was able to save time filling out new patient forms online and received emails and a phone call confirming my appointment.
Rhys, the dental assistant, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable -- she explained EVERYTHING to me and Dr. Lewis really put me at ease with his careful explanation, direct style of communication, and thoroughness.
The Saturday appointment was what drew me in, but the exemplary service is what will keep me coming back.
For such a large practice, I would never have expected such personalized care!
