The office is extremely clean! I love the workers; they’re always getting the job done but also making sure every patient is taken care of and has no questions. The doctors are informative of things I need to be doing at home for better results for them and they tell me the signs to look out for in case of a tooth injury. Love love love it!

Very friendly staff who are always very patient. They've always had a very clean office & exam rooms, but even more so now with COVID (temperature & pulse ox checks for patients & parents, PPE for all staff, spaced out waiting area, plexi glass barriers, etc.). Dr. Ching is great with the kids & very thorough. Overall a great pediatric dentist with a great office & staff!

The entire team at Oahu Pediatric Dentistry is amazing! My children have been seeing Dr. Chris for almost 5 years now and we've never had a bad experience. The assistants are great, too! They're kind, patient, and quick. Hands down best dental experience we've ever had!

Dr Jason and Dr Chris are both awesome with my kids. The rooms are decorated so nicely with most children's favorite characters. Make the kids feel more at ease. I drive all the way from Makaha to bring them here because the service is worth it.

The check in process was easy, having temperature checks for my kids and myself and filling up forms. The staff were professional and courteous. Even with their masks and face shields on, I could tell they were giving service with a smile. The dentist and hygienists explained things and were very thorough about educating us about the importance of dental hygiene practices and future appts for my daughters. Thank you to the staff at Oahu Pediatric Dentistry! I highly recommend them to my friends and family!!😊

The staff and the Doctors are so professional and approachable. Every dental visit we’ve had, it was a calming experience. They made sure my children felt safe and comfortable. And also spoke to their level and stopped the procedure when needed to.

Dr. Ching and his staff were very professional, welcoming, and very informative. My one week grandson had laser surgery to correct an upper and lower frenulum issue. The procedure was thoroughly explained and any questions my daughter in law and I had were answered and addressed. Two weeks later the surgery was successful and my grandson is breastfeeding 100%! Dr. Ching and his staff were very gentle and kind and I highly recommend Dr. Ching as your pediatric dentist.

So blessed we came here!!! Made an appointment for my 1&1/2 yr old daughter... Got seen the next day... work scheduled to be done within the week... our last experience with the dentist was a nightmare which left my daughter in bad shape... her teeth cracked and I made an appointment and wasn’t seen for almost 3 weeks... then wasn’t able to get the work on her teeth done for another 2 months... when the appointment came up they called and said it would be another month all while my daughters teeth were disintegrating... while I was told they couldn’t do anything but paint her teeth black... for 200$... went to Dr. Jason Ching and they quickly noticed that my daughter had a lip tie which explained a lot more then her teeth... but her feeding and sleeping habits as well... I’m so glad I found what was wrong and how to help my baby that I cried in the office... the last dentist we saw barely even looked at her & just blamed me for not brushing her teeth... I have 2 children and do the same for both and my sons teeth are perfect so when he told me it wasn’t something I did I felt so relieved and a little guilty for not calling our dental coordinator sooner... the drive to the dentist from where I am is a little out of the way... but well worth it... and the staff were so friendly and helpful... also the office is very nice & clean...
