I never use to like to go to the dentist until I found Wailuku Dental Group. The staff, dental hygienist and doctors are so friendly they make the visits enjoyable. Today I met Dr. Lau for the first time. He is an amazing human being. He was so friendly. He thoroughly examined my X-rays and my teeth and said all looked good. I highly recommend Wailuku Dental Group!

The best dental experience ive ever had. I left feeling like they thoroughly checked out my teeth, were knowledgeable, listened, and gave some great advice on keeping teeth healthy. I left inspired to take better care of my teeth & ended up ordering an electric toothbrush, a new soft bristle one for immediately before it arrives, plus got some whitening things. Checked that my toothpaste has fluoride in it. Scheduled my next cleaning. Nicole did an amazing job cleaning my teeth they look and feel so much better. Dr. Vargas took the time to talk to me, explained what is going on, and was just wonderful. Highly recommend Wailuku Dental.

I was very pleased with the excellent service and personal attention I received from my hygienist and Doctor Lau today during my visit. They both made me feel comfortable and explained to me what my X-rays showed and what steps needed to taken to take care of a cavity that was noticed in my X-rays. After explaining how the procedure would be done I was escorted to the Front desk to setup my appointments for my procedure. The office staff were also friendly and helpful in setting up my next appointments. Excellent service overall! Mahalo!

My first visit as a potential new patient after my regular dentist retired.
Was greeted nicely, was seen on time & office was clean & organized. The staff was very friendly & informed me of everything that was taking place.
Ophie was the sweetest assistant.
Dr Vargas came in to address my immediate concerns & go over options. We will meet again for a consultation to discuss all of her findings. At this visit she gave me comfort in knowing we will look into all options & get 2nd opinions prior to doing anything drastic.

After 30+ years of being with the same dental office, I decided to switch due to the lack of care, service, and notification I received during my last visit. My previous dental clinic changed locations and staff and failed to provide information of the new change. They also rushed through the cleaning process and it was one of the worse experiences I ever had.
Switching over to Wailuku Dental was a blessing. The staff is extremely friendly and the overall experience was very pleasant. They took their time in providing excellent care but also explained different options that are available for me in the future. I really appreciated that. Mahalo to the staff, my doctor, and hygienist!
