I use to HATE going to the dentists but this has been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The entire staff (front office and dental) are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to get to know me and took into consideration my concern that I’m claustrophobic. I was so thrilled that they actually listened and made adjustments to their treatment procedures, which calmed my anxieties and made me realize that I made the right choice in my dentist. I would definitely recommend Wailuku Dental Group. Mahalo. 🙏🏼

Everyone there is very kind and welcoming.
They are very organized and always willing to answer your questions. I appreciate the ability to text regarding my appointments schedule and services. It is a modern and clean facility. All the dentists and their assistants do top-notch dentistry. I am so grateful to them.

In my family, I usually find a dentist or doctor first before my whole entire family follows me. When we moved from Lahaina to Kihei, I needed to find a dentist. I mean the "right" dentist and hygienist!!! It's very important to have the best cleaning and dental experience. I mean you know and you can feel it when you find the right one. Honestly, I've bounced to 3 different dental offices before I found Wailuku dental group. When I first stepped in to their office, something felt right. The office staff was, and still is friendly. And I met the most amazing dental hygienist name Lisa. Since day 1, and up to this day, she is still my hygienist, and she better not leave (lol). But honestly, all their hygienist are great. I just have my favorite. Dr Lau is a great dentist. Cool, friendly and great at what he does. Since I loved going there, my whole family followed me of course after my first dental appt (yes, they are all still going there up to this day). We''ve been going there for many years now, I can't even remember how long. Now, Dr Vargas is another dentist besides Dr Lau that I see at their office, she is as good as Dr Lau. I love her too. She's amazingly great at what she does too. The dentist's, all the hygienists, and the staff are super friendly. I wouldn't trade it anywhere else. I'm the type of person, if I'm not happy, and not satisfied with my dental needs and the people, I leave. But here I am, I intend to go there as long as possible.

Thrilled to have this dental group as my teeth team! Everyone is so kind, caring and understanding. They do their best to help you feel comfortable and cared for in a clean and efficient environment. Highly recommend!

Trish is the best Dental Hygenist! She gently, but thoroughly cleans my teeth and is very relatable and I always leave the office having learned something from her. Dr. Lau is such a kind human being and has helped me navigate the horror of my kids having some cavities. Today he eased my anxiety when I discussed my jaw problems and gave me literature and suggestions for easing the inflammation. I honestly don’t get stressed out when it’s time for my dental visits! I am so glad we discovered Dr. Lau ten years ago.

I am a dental wimp and I found Wailuku Dental Group on advice from a friend. So happy to find them! The hygienists and dentists are kind and patient. They explain everything they are doing and are thorough. I felt cared for and that is huge! I would recommend this office to anyone. Mahalo for being amazing!
