Saleswomanship is completely unnecessary in Dentistry, because the problem will only become more expensive for the patient if they ignore that questionable problem.
FYI: an anterior composite is not superior to dentin, as their VHN (Vickers microhardness) is more or less similar. Posterior composites can get up to 180, but that's a far cry from enamel's 400.
