This dental office and the staff always provide a safe, clean, and professional atmosphere. The staff is always willing to listen to my questions and concerns and provide me with tons of information as to how best to care for my teeth. I feel safe in their hands and always leave happy!

Today, my crown broke while eating lunch (front/ very visible tooth) I panicked as I recently moved to Boise and had not yet established care with a dental office. It was painful, and very noticeable. I called green tree at 1 pm, and was in the dental chair by 1:45. The entire staff was unbelievable accommodating and kind. Dr. Schmidt and his assistant stayed late to ensure that I was taken care of. The front desk staff was diligent about getting my insurance info figured out immediately. I am extremely thankful for Green Tree’s willingness to help me today. I highly recommend this office as it is evident that they prioritize exceptional patient care.

I have been going here since before Dr. Schmidt, many years. Always enjoyed great service from the Dentists and all staff. Since the recent change I have had the front office raise her voice on the phone, not call back after promising to and laughing at me while on the phone causing great anxiety. Dentist's idea of making up was with a free consult, which consisted of looking at the exrays Dr. Schmidt had done and come to the same conclusion and plan we already had. No apology from him though. No apologies from anyone. So I had to spend my time for a useless freebe to make up for his staff's failings. Look elsewhere.

I upgrade my rating to a 4. I would like to give them a 5 star rating. I got some of the best "chair side" manner I have had from Dr. Laos. Excellent work. Also recieved communication from him. I will continue seeing Dr. Laos. I cannot rate a 5 because communication seems to be an issue with this business. Dr Hess, the owner of the business was guaranteed to call. Never did. Same old story.

Fast and painless wisdom tooth extraction. I really recommend this place. Reasonable price. Dr leo and the team are very friendly and helpful. Love the receptionists they really made the whole registration and appointment process very smooth.

My husband and I were looking for a dentist as he had no had dental insurance prior to us getting married and was in desperate need of a cleaning and wisdom teeth removal. He had a cleaning, and had his wisdom teeth out within a month of establishing. The dental staff was courteous and knowledgeable and he was extremely happy with his quick recovery and the time the staff took to explain all his after care instructions.

I also wanna give a shout-out to Rae. My first visit here I felt slightly overwhelmed and rushed. I had Rae on my second visit when I came back for a deeper cleaning and Rae took the time to listen to the concerns I had about my dental health and offer recommendations. The front staff were all amazing as well. I will definitely be recommending this office to friends and family.
