Big Frown Dental. The worst dental experience I have ever had. I was told that my crown needed to be replaced asap with an implant and that the implant would be finished within a few weeks. After the tooth was removed and a temporary "flipper" was made I was informed that it would be six months or more. You really can't eat with a flipper. Their office told me that All Smiles was in network for my insurance and after having more work done to complete the implant was informed by my insurance company that they were NOT in network. I was expecting a small bill, but got a huge one. Very frustrating.
Side note- There was a color match issue that didn't get completely resolved, but if I wanted I could make an appointment to get my other teeth bleached to match the screwed up implant. Insurance may not cover.

Kylie the new Hygienest was so nice and talked to me the whole time she cleaned my teeth which was calming. Dr. Rice asked me about how my gums were doing and if food was getting caught in any of my teeth. They rocked it
