I walked in randomly asking them if they will take my insurance. Immediately they all got to work and found my insurance plan, and took me in for a cleaning within the hour. I know this immediate action can't happen for anybody on any day, but I was so grateful they took me in as a patience. The cleaning went smooth and quick. I liked meeting Dr Staley and his assistance.

Dr. Stayley literally went above and beyond to educate me on my teeth, and then took it upon himself to personally help me in an emergency situation so that I wouldn’t keep being so sick. I feel beyond grateful and blessed for the people who work here and the exceptional work that they have always done! Also the ladies up front are always super pretty and nice ;)

All the staff were super friendly and helpful and the overall atmosphere of the place was clean, bright, cheerful and comforting. The doctor and hygienist who saw me were very informative and made me feel like they were not in a rush but gave me their undivided attention, and that’s really important to me. Called to set an appointment. Told them my primary insurance was Cigna and secondary Medicaid. They said they accept Cigna which I knew since I found them through my insurance portal but were getting away from Medicaid. I said that’s fine we can just use my primary that’s what I was expecting. They book the appointment and I get a call three days later 2 hrs before my appointment saying they can’t take my appointment because my secondary insurance is Medicaid. Terrible communication and terrible service.

I'm a military veteran and I have to get approval for any dental work can be done. I had a fractured root on one of my lower back teeth. I was in so much pain. I was lucky, it only took one week, but I was able to get approval and a referral done. It helped that I kept calling VA and I'm sure the dental clinic did also. Once approved, I got in the same day and was able to get my extraction done. Thanks for being so quick and professional.

The staff and Dr Burtenshaw at Family Dental are so kind and very professional. Dr Burtenshaw is very up to date with new methods and procedures and I feel very confident in his abilities. I always feel so comfortable and at ease when I have dental work done. I had to have an extraction and implant and I was very nervous about it. They took great care of me during the procedure. I slept through the whole thing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
