Every person was very friendly and professional. I got a new set of dentures and these are the best fitting and most comfortable set I have had (this is my third). The dentist told me she wanted to make them fit perfectly and she did. They asked me questions, listened to what I said. I feel the price was quite reasonable and they gave me several options to chose from.

Very friendly and courteous. Very thorough and competent. Very nice appointment. They were able to find the problem causing my jaw pain where as the first dentist I went to wasn't able to. I'm thankful for the people at Aspen dental. I highly recommend them.

I had what I thought was an emergency, losing my front tooth. The minute I walked into Aspen I was met with lovely, beautiful, kind, compassionate, caring young ladies. They got me in to see the dentist promptly and everyone that dealt with my situation went overboard and treated me professionally. It was such a good experience that I decided to change dentist and have Aspen take care of my dental work from now on.

I had my temporary crown start to come off twice using the Boise office so said I wanted the permanent put on in the Meridian office. They fail to tell you on the phone they charge $200 more at that office. I left without a permanent crown and in pain. In my opinion it was unethical. I called saying I was having pain and the temp was coming off for a third time after they put it on.

After 5 months I have still not received refund of overpayment. The company reportedly has a class action lawsuit filed against it in New York. Watch out as they will bill you for a sonic toothbrush without notice if you get a cleaning. They Bill months ahead for cleanings.. A corporate dental practice that in my experience puts money and greed
above service to customers and ethical business practices. They told me they can't write a check for refund, they don't do paper checks. Also can't deposit in my bank account which was used for payment. Months of excuses after they say payment is on the way ($800+). BEWARE!!!

From the billing to the procedure was excellent! Dr. Laos is the best Dentist I have ever experienced. He and the assistant were very attentive making sure I was comfortable. Dr.Laos was very kind and helped me to feel taken care of by making sure that he was available post procesure as well. I am recommending Aspen Dental Meridian ID to everyone!

Highly recommend this location and Alli ! She really took the time to clean every single tooth while giving me tons of helpful information! She won’t start a job unless she knows she has the time to finish it. Love this place !
