Amazing staff. Front desk ladies were very welcoming. Stephani was amazing during all of my appointment. I have super bad anxiety because of a past experience somewhere else and she was so sweet walking me through everything and checking to make sure there was no discomfort. Super happy I found this place. Made my husband an appointment also!

As soon as I got home, my wife asked me how it went... I told her it was the best dental experience in my life. She answered, "really, why?" I told her the office was so well put together and inviting. EVERYONE was so friendly/professional. I felt like I was a regular and they treated me like I had been going there for years. In no way did I ever feel like a new 1st time patient. My hygienist Stefani was Simply Amazing. She did a wonderful job on my cleaning and polishing. She was a Perfectionist which I really appreciated. We had a conversation like we were old friends during my time in the chair. Then the dentist Dr Pulsipher came over to go over my xrays and his recommendations. Never did I feel like I was being upsold or just a mouth of money. lol. I have been to other new dentists before where everything is like buy our special toothbrush or you have to have our special cleaning trays. He went over all my options and it made so much sense. Then at checkout I met Stacy & Lynn... WOW... Stacy walked me through all the paperwork and scheduled my followup appt and went over my share of the cost. And during all that we got into a conversation about me being new to town and then Lynn joined in the conversation to share some ideas for day trips around Idaho for my wife and I to experience. Never did I feel like a new patient during my entire time there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TEN MILE SMILES 😁
