My goodness, I just read some of the comments. I have not had a negative experience with this office yet. They have been professional and courteous. It's a dentist office so I'm naturally uncomfortable with it, but I do feel like they are doing the best they can under their circumstances and I have been treated good. More importantly my teeth and gums are already getting better. I've just been following their instructions. I'm a new patient, so, we'll see.

If you are scrolling through these reviews, trying to decide if you should make an appointment at this dental office, donβt. The other 1 star reviews are just as correct as this one will be. I am beyond surprised this place even has 3 stars. My wife went in to get her wisdom teeth looked at in hopes to get a removal scheduled because they are causing her extreme pain, migraines, and itβs affecting her sleep and eating ability. She was denied a removal, unless she wanted to pay them $4,000 out of pocket for their oral surgeon to do it, and wasnβt given a reason why either. After going to get a second opinion she discovered that she has 5 or 6 cavities that they didnβt even MENTION to her. She was told her mouth looked perfectly healthy, and they recommended she buy THEIR own medical grade mouthwash from their office for 60 dollars. If you go here, you are a number, not a person. They do not care about your dental health at all. They want to waste your time, and take your money.
Watch them respond to my review with the usual βwe are sorry to hear about your experience with usβ π how about you actually do something to fix your terrible service?

This office has been hit and miss for my family! The worst dentist is Brimhall, he does not meet the standards of care. He started a root canal on my 12 yr old daughter we had several follow-up appointments, non of which were to finish the root canal- now we are back with an infected tooth! He basically blamed me. Not sure how since he is the one that does the treatment plan and failed to finish this!! I will be changing dentists at the beginning of the year. I have never ever had such terrible care!!
The office ladies are sweet but the dentist is terrible!! More like a number than a person!!
While sitting here with my daughter they proceed to tell me it's my fault.... we have been here numerous times since the original root canal was started. How can this be my fault I am not a dentist.

If it was possible to leave a review less than one star - I would. I have the most terrible dental anxiety and I believed I was in good hands, until I wasnβt. I went in with the main concern of my wisdom teeth, as they were causing severe issues such as locking of the jaw, inflammation and pain, discomfort, and trouble sleeping due to the pain. When I went in, the dentist came and saw me and looked at all my teeth, and when he asked if I had any questions - I asked what the next step would be to get my wisdom teeth out. He responded by saying that they do not do that, and mentioned something in regards to how the owners/management wouldnβt want to do it anyways. I also had some issues with additional teeth, but was offered NO treatment plan. I was able to get into a different office a couple of days later where I found out I had an infection in two of the four wisdom teeth as well multiple cavities that would need extensive work due to the location and the severity. I am never one to really leave reviews, but I thought I would save some of you the time of going to this dental office and being turned away with your concerns.

Great dentist. Everyone there, from the front desk, to the dentist, was amazing and professional. I would highly recommend the Meridian office. No one likes going to the dentist, but they make you feel like a person and not just a bill.

I absolutely love these guys! I chipped my front tooth. They got me in right away, fixed it with little discomfort and matched the color of my teeth so you can't even tell there was work done. I'm afraid most of the time and they are great to work with. They rub topical numbing stuff on so I barely feel anything as they do their work. I highly recommend themπ

First off, none of your brochures or info put out by our HR dept stated that you do not support implants that you did not put in. I chose your insurance specifically for your coverage of implants and dentures. Even though I had to drive 45 miles one way to your nearest office. Just to be told we don't support those. So I try and get another set of dentures that are covered and he keeps telling g me these are doing great you don't need anymore, and sent on my way. It's like they don't want to help you. I will never choose Willamette Dental again and will tell my friends and family the same. I waisted a year of insurance payments for nothing. I should be reimbursed at least 50% of my payments...and don't get excited when they comment they will reach out to you. That just means someone will call you with an excuse as to why they do or can't do something. Atleast with separate insurance the dentist actually want to do work on you. Just go with any other dental group. They are almost as bad as the dentist that didn't finish their work and skipped town with everyone's money.

Worst dental office ever. The staff is nice at first but when you ask a question they are quick to get rude and defensive. I need to have a tooth treated and instead of answering my questions for ongoing issues since they refuse to treat it, they continue to yell at me and tell me the same thing. If youβre trying to chose a dental officeβ¦ donβt chose this one, unless you want busted teeth that fall out and dentists that are rude and staff that tells you they canβt help you.

They couldnβt glue down a broken retainer. Had to bond and take off multiple times + shaved down my teeth. 2 appointments 3.5+ hours and broke within 2 days both times. Finally went to a different ortho and was fixed in 30 min. This is the only place my insurance covers and id rather pay out of pocket elsewhere. Wonβt be back.

A family member left a voice message to cancel their appointment due to illness, as well as cancelled online, and they still got charged in full for the appointment. After being rescheduled and reassured that they would not be charged, they were in fact charged in full for missing the initial appointment. Very unprofessional in part of Willamette, as no refund was offered even after appeal. So if you have the stomach flu, don't cancel, because you will be charged. I guess risking vomiting during a cleaning is better than a bill. She will not be returning.
