They did a great job, my hygienist Mary was fantastic! She was very thorough, gentle, and did it fast enough it was never uncomfortable. Dr. Dixon did a great job and my teeth are sparkling I was in and out in an hour. Thank you guys! Great service.

Had the worst experience there this morning. My 7 year old daughter was there for a filling and already has anxiety surrounding shots and dental work. I discussed this with them when I scheduled the appointment and they were planning on using Nitrous Oxide to help calm her. Dr. Brimhall was clearly bothered by either having to work on a child or work at all today because the way he chose to handle a child is insane. I worked in a dental office for 6 years as both an assistant and an Office Manager and never in my life have I worked in an office that a dentist thought it was appropriate to try and scare a child into their appointment. He made it clear to my daughter that he thought the nitrous would make things take longer and much more difficult for her, she was nervous about that but moved on. He then proceeded to tell her she would need a shot which is usually not mentioned to young children just because it make most kids nervous. When he told her this she began to get very nervous and cry and instead of doing anything to calm her, he felt it was appropriate to tell her she came here for a reason and she has to get a shot. He then continued to ask if she wants it to just keep hurting because it's going to hurt really bad and tells her to stop being emotional because this is what she's here to do. After scaring her wasn't going the way he desired he sat her up and said he would let her talk to me about if she was going to have the appointment or not. He was clearly irritated that he could not scare her into obeying and was hoping I would back him up? That's not happening. I will make sure my child listens and get's things done to the best of my ability but he chose to act the way he did and create a massive issue where one didn't need to be. In no way does my child have to ok with someone scaring her into submission.
I'm furious. Not because she needed a shot or because her being nervous was an inconvenience to them, because she did need a shot and I'm sure it was inconvenient to them that she was so nervous. I'm upset because there are so many more ways this could have been handled to EASE my child's fears of the dentist instead of perpetuate them (which we have been working on doing since the cavities were diagnosed but that all went out the window because he couldn't be bothered to be human). He, as a grown adult, tried to scare her into complying and that is absolutely asinine to me. None of the dentist's I have ever worked with did that and they worked with plenty of children with anxiety about the dentist, because many children do. I am told there are other dentists there that are great with children, and they may be, I don't know. What I do know is the Dr. Brimhall is HORRIBLE with children. I would encourage you to be cautious and choose another dentist if you have children or anxieties in any way about the dentist.

Literally the friendliest office I've been to. Every single person I interacted with was so nice, and it wasn't "fake" nice, it was sincere. That alone made the experience wonderful. But they were also super knowledgeable and thorough and helpful. I highly recommend this office!

Woohoo! As good as it gets!

I am a new patient to this group. I walked in at 12:55 for my 1 pm appointment. Cody, my dental hygienist for the day, called me back as soon as I sat down. We did my x-rays, my cleaning, then the doc came in, DR. Smith, we went over my mouth and on my way I went!

Quick, very modern with the latest technology, super nice and hassle-free. I recommend this group, especially if you DISLIKE or even HATE the dentist office.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. I went to this dentist because this is what insurance I elected for. They told me I had 8 cavities and that the stains on the front of my teeth (which I got from my braces in high school) were messed up fillings that they needed to fix. They rushed me to get in as soon as possible and something didn't seem right so I went to a dentist on base and a different dentist in town to get two separate opinions and I have ZERO CAVITIES. This place is a rip off trying to do unecessary procedures to get money out of people. I'm just glad I was smart enough to get more opinions before following through. Needless to say I changed my insurance solely so that these people couldn't try to screw me over again.

Had a horrible experience with their appointment center this morning!! What a joke..I have been trying to reach them all morning since 7. According to their vm their supposed to be open by 7. I was needing to confirm an appointment time and let them know I was running late, but there was no way to do so!! It's now 7:30 and their is still no way to contact the appointment center. If you have a choice you're better off choosing a different dental provider. This one is so very unprofessional!!!

They do really short cleanings and now tell me Blue Cross is only covering 1 cleaning a year when they have always covered them twice a year. This place only does the barest minimum, don't go here.

one year later every tooth they worked on still hurts worse than before I went to them. I would've been better off flushing cash down the toilet. at least that might have been slightly amusing. unlike this tooth pain.

I knew I had a great dental hygienist, but when he and his son helped me out when I was stranded up on a rugged road above Idaho City in October, I knew he was an exceptional person as well. Thank you, you know who you are!

Trying to verify my appointment today. Apparently the hours listed are not accurate, call the 800 number goes to an Oregon call center and keep getting the same answer. We don't open till 7 but it is 740am in Idaho. They make it hard to contact the office you are going to. Horrible customer service. If you advertise you are open at 7am be open.
