My experience with Dr, Werner was great!! His concept is totally new with a great atmosphere, nice holistic music therapy and the option of hands or feet massage. Dr. Werner and his staff are very professionals and friendly so if you have the opportunity go ahead and try this new concept.

Update: Excellent level of care, service, and overall outstanding experience.
The work and patience of the doctor is a five star experience. However, in the event of a dental emergency, they are a zero star experience. My first issue with dental pain was Thanksgiving of 2013. There was no recorded emergency number, every time I called the voicemail box was full, and their system of emergency contact was not working. The second time I had a dental emergency was January of 2014 with a diseased, dead tooth (This was unexpected with almost no warning). They referred me to a local endodontist who was on vacation for a week. I tried beginning at 8am (when they said they opened) to reach them. Nobody answered the phone - no call back. Walked in at 11am PISSED (and in pain). My explanation - "We came in late because we didn't have any morning appointments." Okay, that's fine, but call me back and let me know. There was no way I could go 6 days in that much pain (and infection) waiting for treatment. In conclusion, for everyday events such as cleanings, crowns, and fillings, they are wonderful. For emergencies, you had better be resourceful, persistent and prepared to pay for an ER or Quick Care visit to obtain any needed medications.
