Looking for a new dentist in Moscow? This is the one. Very honest about his approach to dental hygiene, and I've never been more informed about my teeth. They turn to expensive procedures as a last resort and provide many cheaper alternatives. If you have ever had a Dentist say "might as well fill that cavity now" you should get a second opinion at Nature's Way. Also they took my insurance from WA, which saved me a drive to Spokane or Pullman.

Amazing all around. Dr. Werner is exceedingly thoughtful when it comes to making you comfortable, and the entire staff is always friendly and helpful. If you have any anxiety about visiting the dentist don't go anywhere else! They are trustworthy and genuine!

I feel they have well rounded perspectives not only on conventional methods but natural approaches to my dental health, including diet related subjects. The aroma therapy of essential oils they diffuse in their office and optional massage therapy, provide the patient with a calming and relaxed experienced you won't find anywhere else in our area.

Dr. Werner and dental assistant Ashli took extensive care and attention to make sure the cap on my implant was perfect. Their patience and willingness to listen has given me a dental implant I don't even think about- which is exactly how a dental implant should be. Just had my first visit. They explained in detail the reasons for my dental problems and what are the exact causes and how I can take preventative steps. They focus on the causes and the source of the problems instead of just treating the symptoms. It seems they take a holistic approach and give you a detailed treatment plan which is very helpful. Things like "take xylitol gum or mints after eating" I never even heard of! Dr. Werner was wonderful.

My friends and family can't believe I actually stepped in to the Dentist's Office. From the initial phone call through the exam and teeth cleaning, all the staff were incredibly kind and patient with me. Abbey is very professional and understands that a good dental visit, for a chicken like me, starts with the first phone call. She was incredibly kind to me. Jill cleaned my teeth and actually had me laughing at times. My teeth look amazing and she was so patient and understood my fears. I could not have asked for a better experience. My only regret is that I didn't make an appointment sooner. If you have any fear of going to the dentist, please don't hesitate to make an appointment with the folks at Nature's Way Dentistry. Just give them a chance to show you a Dentist's visit doesn't have to be bad. I'm going back to get some more work done...hopefully I'll see you there.

Incredible attention to client comfort, lots of bonus services like a free massage for new clients, and the staff is super helpful with insurance billing/issues. They helped me save a lot of money on a ton of dental work. I've never seen any dentist that is so concerned with my overall health. I won't go anywhere else!
