I do not like dentists at all, due to a bad experience with one in my past. I was uncomfortable and not exactly happy to be there. However, the staff made me feel welcome, and comfortable. They made sure that I was doing ok the entire time. I actually, loved it. For the first time in my life I enjoyed going to the dentist. Best place ever.

I've gone to Dr. Hancock's office for 6-7 years, twice a year, and have always been pleased. The receptionists called me by name after going there once, and I appreciated the discount for paying upfront for services since I didn't have dental insurance. The hygenists were always super friendly and made a point to ask about things we'd talked about the last time I was in. Dr. Hancock was always professional as well as personable. I appreciated that the hygenists and dentist were all thorough while being efficient and did not ever suggest unneeded procedures. The only reason I'm changing dentists is because I live out of town and with my son starting school and myself not commuting for work anymore, it's more feasible with my schedule to go to a local dentist. I'd highly recommend Dr. Hancock's office to anyone looking for dental work!
