Oak Mountain Dental

Oak Mountain Dental is the BEST dentist office I have ever been to. The friendly staff has helped me every step of the way. Dr. Call is very thorough explaining what he is going to do the day I am in there and explains what the next process will be. Dr. Call is very friendly and has a great personality. He talks to me like a person and not another source of income! Dr Call is very gentle and quick with the work. He seems to genuinely care about my questions and concerns and explain everything to me in a way I can understand. He even spends time talking to me about things other than the dental work being preformed. It was really fast and easy to get my first appointment and the process is going quicker than I expected.

I have SEVERE dental fears to the point of crying. When I first started seeing Dr. Call I explained my fears from past childhood and adult experiences. He has wholeheartedly respected and understood those fears and has never made me feel foolish. “That is actually why I practice the way I do, childhood dental visit trauma is real.” Dr. Call and his colleagues have always taken the time to talk me through every step, stopped to let me breathe, heck they’ve even held my hand through me ugly crying to make me more comfortable. I can now get through routine dental work without being anxious and today I actually found myself laughing and smiling during my cleaning for the first time. I have had no cavities, they’ve saved my gums from deteriorating (they were neglected from my fear), they’ve always been super informative about issues and how to prevent them without judgement and the best thing of all is that they’ve given me is a safe space for my dental health. I even take my 3 year old to them because of their warm and kind nature. She LOVES the dentist because they make dentistry welcoming and fun for all ages (I mean check out the cool protective shades they have her wear during her cleaning!) I know our family’s and friends oral health is better in their hands. This office truly has always done the best for their patients. Dr. Brandon Call has and always will come super highly recommended from me.

I been coming here to Oak Mountain for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff and all the Dr.s are super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Richards is absolutely amazing he’s a perfectionist when it comes to his work, he listens, is honest and gives you every possible way something can be fixed so you can decide the best option for u. I have recommend Oak mountain to multiple friends and family and they all been very pleased. I also got my braces here, had them on for less than a year and I absolutely love my teeth. Thanks to this great team.

After coming back to Pocatello we needed a dentist. Dr. Richards had good reviews, so we tried him. He's seriously the BEST dentist I've gone to (over the past 60 years)!! He listens to us and doesn't force any treatment outside our comfort zone or financial ability.
His staff is warm, kind and patient. Everyone treats us with respect and compassion.
They work great with our insurance, also!

Oak Mountain Dental was awesome! They were able to get me in quickly when I broke a tooth. Dr. Brandon did a great job repairing it and the ability to have an instant permanent crown made in office is phenomenal! Every member of their staff is friendly. I love how upfront and clear they are with pricing. The in-house dental plan is such a great value.

Janet was so nice and did a good job with my cleaning. She was very gentle by my two front teeth feelings and my receding gums on the bottom front. She was very friendly and nice to talk to. Dr. Brandon was also very nice and explained everything well. That was my first time going there and had a good experience with it. The office staff were also very helpful with breaking down the costs in different ways so I could see the different costs of everything. Overall a great experience and will be back after saving up money to fix my teeth.

All 3 doctors are amazing. The front desk is awesome too. Friendly staff all around, quick and efficient with their work. Dr. Richards saved me a great amount of money. Dr. Call has hands of a surgeon. Dr. Driscoll very polite and helpful. The hygienists do a great job, and I recommend all my friends and family here. 5 stars

From the moment I walked in, Dr. Richards and his team were welcoming and professional. I had heard from some of his other patients that he gives you his opinion without pressure for unnecessary work. I had the same experience when I went in for a crown and possible root canal. After the exam and X-rays, he felt a root canal was not necessary. He could have easily pushed for a root canal and I would have done it. It’s nice to have a dentist I can trust. Based off my experience today, I am moving my family to Dr. Richards at Oak Mountain Dental.

I moved to town and had to find a new dentist. I did a Google search and went from there. I am so glad I found Oak Mountain. Originally I figured I would try them out since they were in my area. I’m so glad I did. I have serious sensitivity issues and in the past the places I went to seemed to think I was exaggerating it or not very understanding of it. The hygienist I see is AMAZING. Dr Driscoll was also amazing and they are so friendly. I walk out thanking them for a nice visit because it truly is.

We love coming to Oak Dental. They have taken wonderful care of us in a timely manner, when needed! Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. We love Dr. Call but also really enjoy working with the other dentists in the office.
