Amazing! Streamlined process, very kind and knowledgeable staff. They were super flexible with scheduling and thorough with x-rays and first exam and didn't just take the last dentist's charts and move forward. So thankful they were! We are thrilled to find such an amazing dentist close to Bonners Ferry that takes our insurance... just 45 minutes from home.

The dental group was recommended to me. Everyone at the office was so nice. As soon as I walked in the door ( my second visit) Claudia greeted me with a warm smile "Hi Lily!" She knew my name! Claudia's very professional gave me info like cost without me asking. Helping me get through the insurance maze. She's on top of it. Office was modern, clean, smelled nice (not like a dental office), nice calming music. While I was waiting in my dental chair I had a beautiful view of the golf course. Hygienist Stephanie did an amazing job! Dr. Mickelson was awesome. What more can I say. Oh yeah...thank you for my electric toothbrush! Thank you everyone!

I had my teeth cleaned by Stephanie today. She is always very kind, gentle and thorough in all of her treatment. I feel very well taken care of and appreciate how friendly and organized this office is. Stephanie has been cleaning my teeth for 15 years, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She’s the best!

The Sandpoint office has such a great staff! I found everyone to be knowledgeable, compassionate, and fun to work with plus they don’t treat you like just another person on the books. They answered my questions, included me in setting up my continued care plan, and really listened to me. They were actually able to find a solution to a problem I’ve had for 10+ years on my first visit! I look forward to working more with them in the future.

What a professional dental practice! In addition to being highly competent, every member of NIDG is warm, friendly, kind, positive and thoughtful. The atmosphere and office design is lovely and reflects an attention to detail that reflects how they serve their clients. I walked away feeling like Dr. M had my best interest at heart.

I have been going to this office for a couple of years.
From when you walk in (or call) the office, speaking with Claudia, she always has a smile on her face and in her voice (even when she is obviously busy). Claudia may be the “front of house” so to speak but she is Very knowledgeable, Compassionate and friendly. She go’s out of her way to make sure I know about schedules, billing and even get me information if I have a question for the Dr. Mickelson.
Mercedes, has been my dental tech and while I maybe saying similar great comments they are true. She greets me with a smile she is compassionate and honestly comforts any fears. She works hard to make sure she does the work completely. She is very talented and loves her job. It is obvious that she works well with Dr. Mickelson.
Dr. Mickelson, he is always happy and funny in both how he treats his staff and he treats his clients. He also is compassionate and takes the time to make sure I comfortable and educated on how my dental plan is going. He knows his stuff! (I trust him)
Over all, patients rooms have large windows facing the golf course. The office is up to date on the interior design. The front and back of the office are always clean.
I feel welcome here and can call them friends, my husband passed Dec 2021 and everyone in this office took the time to sign a card and send it to me.

Everytime I have a appointment for teeth cleaning the girls are very nice . Do a great job at making sure I am comfortable. My teeth always feel so nice when they are done.The girls at the front desk are always welcoming. Nice to talk too. 😁😁😁

Chace is a real pro and love the work he did. Very attentive and informative during the whole process. He and his assistant have worked together for almost ten years and it really shows. My old bridge work was difficult and he cleaned it up better than I thought possible. Highly recommend NIDG and this guy. Worth every penny.
