Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls

This is definitely the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The office itself is very modern, clean, and professional looking. I was given a tour of the office when I arrived, and I was super impressed by the outside views.

My teeth were cleaned by Kindra who was super kind, personable, and thorough in the cleaning/x-ray services she provided me.

I liked that the billing was easily presented to me to show what my out of pocket charges would be.

I will definitely be returning, and thanks to everyone at this office for being so friendly and welcoming!

Advanced Dental Care is amazing!! I’ll never go anywhere else! The dentist himself, Brian Rencher, called me the night before my consultation to welcome me as a new patient and offer to answer any questions. When I arrived, the front desk staff was smiling and helpful. I was given a tour of the whole office and given information on additional free items I could ask for. The dental assistant and dentist were both so so helpful and knowledgeable. They took time to discuss my options and answer all of my questions and offered their recommendations. They literally think of everything and the experience start to finish is seamless, easy, and dare I even say enjoyable! Highly highly recommend!!!

Every person I interacted with was incredibly welcoming and kind. I appreciate their dedication to ensuring you have a great visit, even if you’re not in the best of shape dental wise. Thank you to the incredible team that ensured I understood the plan of treatment and that I had all the facts before making my decision. I also appreciate that Dr. Skousen did not want to gamble with what could be a difficult root canal and instead referred me to a facility that has the extra equipment needed for my situation. I will definitely be switching my family over to Advanced Dental Care.

Have always had a great experience with this team! They’re kind, efficient, and always looking out for my best interests. It definitely helps ease my nerves knowing my hygienist, whose been a friend since high school! And, bonus, they gave me a very cute baby gift for our third baby girl arriving soon!

Not to be dramatic but this place is changing how people see going to the dentist. I realize going to the dentist can cause a lot of anxiety for quite a few people. Understandably so. But these people are top tier and make sure you are as comfortable as possible from the moment you walk in the door. The day before I was greeted with a phone call from the dentist welcoming me to their facility. When I came in I was met with a smile and a lovely tour of their facility. (I'm a new patient). They personally go out of their way to get to know you on a personal level and don't make you feel like you are another person that has to be seen. They do their utmost to make you fee comfortable. Obviously, I had a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this place. It's a game changer.

I love this place. I’ve been coming here ever since I was a little kid. The staff is always friendly. They do a good job. I even got my wisdom teeth removed here. A bonus is you can see the canyon from the windows. So pretty 🤩🤩
